She was nervous, so nervous that she even missed her favorite TV show. It had been 4 straight hours since she sat down to her laptop. She could end all of this unnecessary stress just by clicking on submit; yet she was held hostage in a prison of uncomfortableness.

Online dating; she inhaled and gathered some courage. How difficult could it be?

With closed eyes, she randomly clicked on the keyboard, it was the 'enter' button, I guess all of this was eventually destined to happen.

The data was loading whilst she was shook back and forth on whether it was the right choice or not, but she knew that no matter what, everything is now set and she can't step back so easily.

The note on her laptop interrupted her thoughts,

Should I? Or should I not? The only two question that Jennie's mind was able to process at the meantime. She exhaled the breath she held for nearly 10 seconds, and now she was determined, she had entered the site on her will, created an account, and looked through to find her 'perfect match'; it was time to quit playing around and continue what she had already started.

She smiled upon her decision, she was tired of her friends and grandmother's continuous insistence that she should start dating or else she'd end up lonely for the rest of her life, but she was also sick of being all alone and having to witness couples cuddling around every time she enters the café she works at.

She entered the guy's profile, no picture attached, short and simple description where he mentioned his job and age, he surely had a beautiful name though;

She sent a request, and he accepted immediately since he was online.

Desperate much? Jennie sniggered under her breath but it didn't last for long, especially that she related to him on a personal level.
