What's a perfect outfit for a House Party? I'm wearin' it, bruh!

I decided to wear a cropped and beaded tank top that shows as much skin as I intend to. This was paired with a high-waist black latex pants that has hints of gold accent on its side seam that helped elongate my legs. I didn't need that illusion anymore, though, as I already stand 5' 10". I just really thought it would look perfect with my top that has golden accents too. To accessorize the look, I used crazy big bangles not just on my wrists but also in my ears and as a necklace, too. I kind of look like Cleo Patra had she ruled in 2020.

Dressing is a must for this event. The core committee has agreed that all of us should dress in the theme of "Street Kids at Night". This theme had amped my excitement for this event as I get to see my batch mates as if we are all some kids whose life is partying in clubs.

The clock ticked its hands at seven o'clock the moment I turned my gaze to it. I, then, hurriedly grabbed my MacBook from my bed-side table as this will be used for the presentation that was prepared for the program that I will lead tonight as the Master of Ceremony. We will be remembering our high school memories over dinner and we will also have a recognition of the achievements of many of us who are indeed successful in our own respective lives.

With one last look in my floor-to-ceiling mirror, I decided that I'm all glammed up and left the room.

When I got to the front door adjacent from the curved staircase, I saw Nanay Petra bidding goodbye for the night with a backpack. I suppose the bag holds her clothes and other paraphernalia that she'll be using for her night out. I asked her to stay at a nearby hotel for her own risk. Hindi naman kasi soundproof ang silid na tinutulugan niya dito. I'm afraid she will not acquire the good night's sleep that she deserves to have if she stays the night.

I handed her the money for her expenses upon meeting her at the door. I also walked her out ad bid goodbye when the Grab we ordered came.

Just when I was about to go inside the house again, another car came. When the car's door opened, I immediately knew that it was the three members of my team whom I asked to come back just to make sure that everything will be smooth in the event as I will host the program.

"I am truly proud of all your achievements all these years." Said Mrs. Junio who was our class adviser, in her closing remarks on the program. "Good evening again and let's enjoy the night." She left the platform and headed to their table. The table where our former teachers and other school personnel are seated.

After that, I took the floor again to close the program. Sa bawat pagtatapos, ay may bagong simula, ika nga nila. Kaya naman hindi na rin nagtagal at sinimulan na ang main event ng gabing ito. A remixed tune of Ariana Grande's "Into You" then blasted in the air. Changing the evening's mood into a Club Party.

I turned my gaze around as I was leaving the stage and immediately saw my best friends who were with me in the cheerleading squad back in high school. They were standing by one of the cocktail tables by the pool. As I inch my way to them, I can't help but smile upon seeing my batch mates and all the attendees gleefully conversing throughout the venue.

"Bru! I must say, what a fantastic job you made. This place is awesome! Congratulations!" bati sakin ni Sumi, who is your typical 'Kikay' hottie. She is the very definition of vain. This also helped her be successful as she now graces big-time fashion magazine covers like Vogue, Elle, and Harper's Bazaar. She is also busy traveling the globe all-year-round walking on major fashion weeks in different cities like New York, Paris, and Milan.
