Purpose of Notice: This Notice is to inform Raven Larson that Hathaway Apartments will be increasing your rent. Beginning on May 1st, the monthly rent for the unit you currently occupy, Unit 4B, which is located at 3051 North Main St will be increased to one thousand, seven hundred and fifty dollars per month. Your current tenancy will be terminated on April 30th as per the term of the original lease agreement.
You are being offered a new lease at the new monthly rent of one thousand, seven hundred and fifty dollars. This change and any other reasonable changes can be found in your new lease agreement. If you do not agree to rent the unit at the increased monthly rental price, you and all occupants of the unit must vacate the unit by April 30th.
You must adhere to all move-out procedures, including leaving the walls of the unit white with no noticeable holes or scratches.
If you agree to rent the unit at the increased rental price of one thousand, seven hundred and fifty dollars per month you may remain on the premises, but you must sign and adhere to the terms of a new lease agreement at the agreed upon monthly rent. By remaining in the property after the termination date of the original lease agreement, you agree to the increased monthly rent and to adhere to any other reasonable changes to the lease agreement. The rental payment is due by the 5th day of each month.
To renew your lease, please come into the office during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM.
