Lillian followed Tarok back to the main hall full of stair of the mansion. He seemed oblivious to everything around him, he was just going to the front door with a smile on his face, when she turn back, the stair that went down disappeared, leaving just the floor of the main hall and even the carpet untouched.
"He make it seems so easy, like if everything was automatic or such... It's kinda strange..." - Though she curious.
Outside, Anne was excited, she was about to stay at a house of a powerful mage, she never thought that it was ever possible, and finally maybe she would know what happened to her.
When she approaches the Doors, before she was capable of knocking it, the doors opened with a push of Tarok's Hands, leaving just both eye to eye while Lillian stood at his side, both girls reacted surprised.
"Welcome little Anne!"- said him with a smile at his face.
Anne, overwhelmed by joy, jumps at him with a hug. Tarok it's surprised by her reaction, but quickly hugs her back.
Lillian stood silent behind them, but showed a smile with such happiness from the little girl. While hugging Tarok, Anne finally notice Lillian behind them.
"Oh!? Who's she? Your daughter? I thought you lived alone in here."- said Anne out of curiosity.
After such question, Tarok stops the hug and look directly at Lillian, who was confused.
"Eeeer... did a said something bad, like, really bad?"- said Anne trying to apologize.
"Don't worry, I'm just a old apprentice. I went into a long pilgrimage and now I'm back home." - Said Lillian trying to disguise herself.
Tarok stood silent looking worried to Lillian, suddenly Anne run directly at her and seemed happier than before.
"So you went to a lot of places? I bet you faced a lot of dangers and it's a powerful mage like Master Tarok!"- said the little girl with a bright on her eyes.
"Well... yes... and no..."- said Lillian worried.
Tarok closes the main doors and summons a chair while he looks silent to the conversation of both girls, He looks curious.
"But... why not?"- asked Anne dropping her big bag.
"Well, I have seen lots of places and faced a lot of dangers, you're right, but I'm not a mage."- said Lillian.
"Oh... but I thought that was a apprentice, you should know at least some of his powers."- said Anne with a disappointing face.
