Sadness. It invades our minds, our environment, our personal worlds. It is a consistent game which one plays with one's self. Sadness never leaves, it only becomes suppressed when new, as well as reoccurring, emotions overwhelm our state of being. We continue to experience sadness due to many different factors, each unique and independent on their own. But why must we carry the burden of sadness around with us as if it's a guest and we must try and please it as if we want it to stay? Sadness can overcome and encapsulate the very essence of a person if allowed.
