Specter is the right hand man to syphon in anyway possible. While syphon is busy, specter commands his army. Everyone that's under command of syphon knows that he has only failed one mission. And that's to kill his brother. It's also said that this is the reason he scared his own face in rage, destroyed 14 planets, and almost hurt syphon. His anger is greater than his endurance and stubbornness. his weapons of choice very from guns to knives and each of which he is skilled with. his skills range from an assassin to a gunslinger and he was even said to be a more lethal fighter than syphon. but his blind side is his rage. he is almost always barking orders or yelling his ass of when he doesn't get his way. he can control it sometimes but mostly it explodes and he blinded by it. i mean why listen to rumors when you live with him?
