they warned me not to fall for the smile
that made those before me fling themselves-
flying at first- off the top of a large cliff.
warnings were whispered as he wandered by
"stay away he will cause you to fly".
that boy, oh god that boy
held a smile so powerful, time stopped.
as if to say "we need to take a moment
appreciate the beauty".
if he could make time stop
imagine what he did to me.
