Alysa's POV: I wake up to the harry potter remix blasting through my ears. I growl slightly as I pick my phone up from my bedside table and swipe the off button on the alarm. I drag myself out of bed and into the bathroom. I then take a look at myself in the mirror as sunshine streams through the window.
"Girl you looking like a hot fucking mess..." I say rubbing my cheeks. I undress and turn on the shower making it reasonably cold to wake myself up. After I dry myself off I brush my hair and then go into my room to put some clothes on and freshen up. I snatched my bag from beside my door and tiptoed quietly into the kitchen to not wake my wonderful roommates up.
As I got to the kitchen I began to make my morning Mochacino and toast to go along with it. While I was waiting for my breakfast to get ready I layed out some cookies on the table for the other girls. I looked over to my homework sheets and made sure I didn't miss any of them. Like always, my homework, like my eyeliner, is always complete and on point. I smile to myself smugly and reward myself with my coffee, toast and a cookie. I then see the morning bird Aubrey come through the door.
Aubrey's POV: Vibrations fill my body, Loud sounds fill my ears. I quickly flicker my eyes open. Shit
I left my phone on my chest, my alarm is going off. I click it on and flick away the alarm notification. My eyes dart to the battery percentage. Twenty six percent. I quickly put it on it's charger and hope that it is up to at least fifty percent by eleven. I walk over to Charlotte's bed, she is still fast asleep; slightly drooling. I gently play with her hair, hoping to wake her up peacefully. No sign of waking up. She is in deep sleep, probably dreaming about all the cute boys at coffee shops.
I shake her slightly and see her hand move towards me, as in to push me away. This pisses me off, I shake her more vigorously and her eyes immediately blink open, meeting my eyes. When she realises it is me, she rolls her eyes and turns to her side. I whip her blanket off, she hugs her arms as she groans
"I'm cold.. Give it back".
"No"
I look at her with an evil smile but then realise she was up all night studying. It is rare for her, and she is trying her hardest. I guess a few more hours of sleep isn't going to hurt anyone. I lay the blanket back on her and flick off the lights.
"Fine. A few more hours".
I walk out and can feel her smile bleeding through her face.
I walk out & greet Alysa, She has already showered and had her cup of 'joe. She sets her alarm for five forty. I put on my cup when I glance over and see she has added an assortment of biscuits on the table, I grab my cookie and dip it my hot chocolate; I've never been a coffee person. After I finish, I grab my towel and walk towards the bathroom. I hang up my towel and turn the shower on. Lukewarm water hits my neck and runs down my back to the tip of my ankles. I feel dull, not enjoying the warm water and turn the heat up, practically burning my skin.
I shave my legs and hop out of the shower. The silky feeling of my legs rubbing together overwhelms me with happiness as a grin grows on face.
Charlotte's POV: I groggily open my eyes, the sound of water running awakens me. I snuggle deeper into my blankets, attempting to hide from the cold. I look around, studying my surroundings but a pile of paperwork on my desk caught my eye. Shit. I had been up till 3:45 last night, studying my ass off for upcoming exams. I groan loudly before deciding to exit out of bed. I lazily walk down stairs and into the kitchen, following my daily routine. I mumbled a "Hello" to Alysa, still exhausted from the previous night before walking past her to get to my coffee. I suddenly stop in my tracks. I frown at the empty spacious kitchen bench.
Where's my coffee?
I turn around sharply towards Alysa, my eyes squinting, the frown deepening. "Did someone die or something?" I asked sarcastically. Alysa froze, thinking before shaking her head. I took a deep breathe in and back out. It's fine. I mumbled to myself. I clench my fists, grumbling and began to make my own cup of coffee. I take a seat opposite from Alysa, sipping my coffee and scrolling through instagram. Suddenly, a notification pops up and I begin reading it.
"Hi Charlotte! We thought you would like to know that your Netflix free trial is over and you will be required to pay for the next month if you wish to continue your account on Netflix!"
I sigh. My 50th Netflix free trial was over. Better make another email for another trial. I said to myself. Then suddenly, I realised I had to go to school today. "Shit!" I exclaim dropping my phone, sprinting for my room. We're going to be so fucking late. Why did no one tell me it was a monday?
I hate mondays.
Hi guys, I hope you enjoyed the first chapter. Sorry it was a short one. They will get longer. Please tap the star, comment and most importantly, ENJOY!!
