Was it right for her to discard everything? After a lot of wonders, the answer stayed the same. Everything was surreal, too fantasy. It was not like she just enrolled in the boarding school and yet in her last year, he appeared out of nowhere.

Other schools might contain multiple horror stories about their school but her school almost did not even have one. Was he a bad ghost then until no one really talk about him? Afraid to be cursed by him perhaps. Did she have the right to be in denial?

Her elbow was on the table as she raised half of her hand up and particularly stared at her white palm. She still remembered the feeling of her skin contacted with his. How smooth his face was, how attractive his mole at the corner of his eye, his muscular body and let's not forget his silky white bangs too.

"Shinatsuki, do you have any questions?" She was startled upon hearing her name being called with a husky voice. She diverted her attention to her front and saw her math teacher glaring at her, mad for disturbing his class. His nails were tapping against the table and the other student looked at her in pity. Not everyone ends up well when you disturb the math class as everyone just wanted it to end as soon as possible.

"Not at all. I'm sorry, Sensei" Seemed like her eyes were staring in the direction of her teacher when, in reality, her eyes were staring at everywhere except him as she bowed apologetically and sit down back with a great determination to focus on the class.

"You should focus more when in this class, Shinatsuki-san" Yelp of surprise unconsciously escaped from her mouth when out of nowhere the ghost appeared beside her with his chin placed on top of the table, giving her a pitiful look. Before she could enquire the ghost further, something hard as metal hit her head, leaving the place throbbing in pain. She rubbed in an attempt to soothe the soreness down and she felt a murderous aura fill the room again.

"Shinatsuki! Out! Now!" The loud shout from her teacher was enough to make her scatter towards the exit door without further thought, avoiding every stare thrown at her back. She turned around as she closed the classroom door to glance at her seat, particularly at the side of her table only to see it was vacant with any apparition presence.

As she was outside from her class, she laid her back against the white wall and rubbed her bridge nose. She had really gone crazy now. Was it due to the stress from her last year in school? Imagine a thing that was not even real. She was never gifted with any sixth sense abilities in the first place.

"I'm so sorry to startle you before." The same yelp but louder this time escaped from her mouth as his voice was heard once again. She slowly raised her head and saw him floating in front of her, with his halo light radiating from his body. She blinked once and then twice and he was still there, smiling idiotically at her.

"You are real? Are you?" Was there a chance where her imagination went wild several times?

"Hurmm do ghosts normally admit that they are ghosts? You can touch me like last time if you want."

Shinatsuki was hesitant to touch him but she wanted to find out the truth so she slowly and yet eagerly advanced her hands towards his face first. She tiptoed to reach his height so her face could at least be the same level as his face. Her fingertips were trailing his cheeks, jawline, the mole at the end of his left eye. She missed the heat gathered upon his face. The other hand was holding his shoulder to stabilise herself. It was the same, every feeling she felt was as real as yesterday.

"I'm so glad someone can see me now. Waiting for a long time for it to happen" He clutched her hand that was in his cheeks and engulfed in her warmth more and more, nuzzling his cheek deeper into her hand. Every brush of her skin felt so precious to let go. His thumb slowly caressed the back of her hand before the latter felt weird with his behavior's which made her pull her hand back from him. Stopping the contact between them.

"Why? why me?"

"I-I seriously don't know too. I'm just glad you are talking to me. Notice me, okay?" Hiroki's hand was left hanging in the air as he ponder if this was not the right time to further his action. There was an urge for him to hug her again but maybe not this time. After that, the two were getting to know each other better until the end of her punishment.
