Garrison opens the door to his home and finds the babysitter with his little girl in her arms, crying.
"Look! Daddy is home!"
She carries the 3-month old to Garrison. He rocks her back and forth to calm her down.
"Shh... it's okay. I'm home now." Eventually the baby calms down and Garrison carries her to her room and gently lays her down in the crib. And goes back to the babysitter.
"It took me forever for me to get her asleep. Ha, I barely got any."
"Here let me pay you."
"No no no. It's fine, really."
"I said I would pay you extra... I don't break my promises." He pulls out his wallet and gives her a few twenties.
She sighs and takes them.
"Are you sure you want to give me these...?"
"Yes, it's fine. Thank you again Connie."
"No problem. I'll be here at the usual time. And I'm not going to accept your payments anymore." She goes up to him and kisses him on the cheek and leaves the apartment. He then sighs and heads to his room and changes and crawls into his bed.

His alarm clock beeps loudly at 5:30 and he smacks it gently and presses the snooze. His nose perked up a little, someone was cooking.
'She's here early... she didn't have to make me food.'
He gets out of bed and scratches the back of his head and head towards the kitchen.
"I'm surprised you are here so early Con- Taylor?!?"
Taylor was at the stove making some eggs, she turns to Garrison.
"Morning sleepy head."
"The hell are you doing at my house?!"
"Oh, you don't like sunny side up? How about scrambled?"
"Taylor I swear to god..."
"Just relax, Jesus. Am I not allowed to be nice? Besides, I found a small lead."
He sighs and sits down at the table.
"The babysitter will be here soon..."
"So you better eat quickly then." She serves him a plate with two sunny side ups and a piece of toast with a glass of orange juice.
"Huh. The person who I've been hunting is now serving me breakfast."
Taylor smiles and sits across from him.
"Your daughter is beautiful by the way. She started crying earlier but I calmed her down and gave her a bottle."
"... thanks." He started shoveling food into his mouth.
"Anyways, about our lead. I did some research, and by research I 'kindly' asked some people if they know anything about the Hunters. Luckily one of them heard someone say something about the Hunters. A guy at that owns a gun store that we are going to visit today."
"We? No, I need to work on a few cases still."
"Garrison. You got yourself into this mess. There is no way you are going to be able to get out of this till we complete our task. Don't you care about a cop getting killed? Don't you want revenge?" He sighs and finishes his plate and sets it on the sink.
"Fine I'll meet you there. Where is it at?" He turns around to find that she was gone and on the table was a business card. He picks it up and it reads 'Tommy's Guns.'
"Guess that's the place..."
