'She's been down there for a while now...'

Garrison rocked Sofia gently as she was starting to fall asleep. His phone started to vibrate, he looked over to see it was a call from Connie. He picked it up and answered.
"Hello?"

"Hey... what the hell happened last night? I don't remember anything. How did I wake up in my bed?"

"I found you on the couch asleep, you were probably just really tired. So I-uh took you home."

"Oh. Thanks for telling me. I freaked out there for a second. So I'm guessing you don't need me to come over?"

"Uh- Yeah. I'm staying home today."

"Well, do you want me to come over. We can hang out, watch a movie or something."

"N-no! I mean...  I just want some alone time with me and my daughter. I'm not home a lot."

"Oh, alright. Have fun."
The call ends.

He sighs and sets his phone down and continues to rock Sofia. Five mins later,  Taylor marches back upstairs, she looked furious, her ponytail was messy and her hands were stained with some blood. Garrison's gut started to ache at the sight.

"W-what the hell did yo-"

"I don't want to talk about it. She hasn't told me shit yet. And I need to clean up..."

Later she comes back and sits next to Garrison, all cleaned up.
"So... she hasn't said anything?"

"She just kept calling me a bitch. I'll go back down there to see if I can still break her."

"What if I go down there...?"

"What? No, you don't have to."

"Just let me try. Please?"

Taylor lets out a big sigh.
"Give her a half hour."

Jess's head rises to see Garrison and Taylor come down. She slightly smiles.
Garrison looked away for a second after he saw that Jess's left knee was bleeding and had a giant gash in it.
"Taylor, patch her up."

"Fine..."
Taylor went to the corner and pulls out a med kit.

"Wow. What a change in heart..." Jess says.

"We don't want you to bleed to death or let that get infected."

"Aww... you care about me. That's so swee- FUCK!"

Taylor poured some peroxide on the wound.
"Oops sorry, probably should of warned you." Taylor sarcastically says.

"We want to know who your boss is and any extra important information. And if you tell us, we'll forget this and let you go."

"Kiss my sweet ass. To be honest, I don't care what you do to me. Not going to say shit. So you are honestly wasting your time keeping me here."

Garrison looks over at Taylor, she sighs and pours more peroxide. Jess growls and bites her lip.

"I still don't understand how you can be so loyal to this group. Tell me, why The Hunters are so interested in me?"

Jess keeps her mouth shut.

Taylor then gets up from Jess's leg. She then slams her foot into her broken kneecap. Jess screeches loudly.

"Answer the damn fucking question..."
Just then, Taylor's phone rings from her pocket. She goes back upstairs to answer the call. Now it was just Garrison and Jess.

Jess was breathing heavily and she looks up at Garrison.
"You know... your little girl is beautiful."

"Shut the hell up."

"First you want me to talk and now you are telling me to shut up? Make up your mind." She laughs.

Taylor then comes downstairs.
"I need to go somewhere, stay here. I won't be long."

"Alright..."

"Bye bye little rabbit." Jess calls out as Taylor goes back upstairs and leaves the building. As soon as Taylor leaves, Jess starts laughing like a maniac. Garrison took a step back, scared as hell.
"Why the hell you so happy?"

"Because I know why Taylor had to leave. HAHAHA. Did you know her child has a peanut allergy?! Because we know..."

Garrison was terrified. They were coming, they were coming to get Jess. Since Taylor wasn't there no more, he had no protection.
