Ash looks through a window at one of the houses that they stopped at. JD walks up to her "Hey you ok? or are you worried about the others?" Ash nods and looks in her bag "I needed to be away from them for a while but i'm worried that they might be in trouble.but id make it worse if i let my other side come back out. What if instead of killing the bad guys i end up killing our friends." She sits down after grabbing a water and drinks. He sits next to her but gets a glare in return then sits across from her "You know your stronger then that." He smiles and gets back up to look around "You coming? We got more places to look through." he looks back at her as she puts her water away. "We need to get more clothing, food, water and ammo. That horde made us hide for to long." Ash finishes raiding the kitchen "Wait what direction were they headed?" He pulls out a map and sets it on the kitchen table checking the road. "their headed for. . . Atlanta. Get the bags we need to head back now! or we might lose our friends." They grab their bags and hop onto JD's motorcycle and throw the bags into the sidecar and ride off.
They catch up to the horde and drive around running over bodies as Ash shoots some that get close or are in the way. "Be careful will ya we don't want to lose our stuff!" Ash yells at him as the bags jump a bit. "Alright sorry." He responds as they pass the horde and head down the road a bit more. They stop at a river and fill their bottles up and clean off a bit. "Remember to boil the water when we get back, we want it clean." Ashy smiles as he nods then looks around. "Think Fire will tackle you?" JD asks and Ash laughs "Most likely. Wait. do you hear that?" she stands and looks around to see a man running as some walkers fallow behind. "Over their, its a guy!" she pulls out her sniper and shoots the walkers then heads to him her gun raised. He has a duffel bag, gas can and a guitar on his back "Thank you for your help." he smiles "My name is Thief. Think I can join you and your boyf. . ." Ash cuts him off "I'm Ash and that's JD and he is not my boyfriend. Do you have a car by chance? our motorcycle ran out of gas and we need to hurry back to the CDC to warn our group about a horde." Ash hands him water. "I have a car. I just got the gas for it so we can get as close as we can then go the rest of the way on foot." Thief smiles and uncovers a car with leaves close by. Ash nods and helps him fill the tank and they throw their bags in and get in, Ash in the front drivers seat, JD in the back and Thief in the passengers seat.
Thief sighs "So this horde, how big is it?" he looks out the window. "Just enough to keep us trapped in a house for ten hours." Ash responds as she adjusts the mirror and sees JD in the back curled up with a bag asleep. "Dang. So what is your group like?" He smiles. "Well our leader is a bit hard headed and will probably try to lock you in a room to get more info out of you. Fire, his girlfriend is a bit crazy and will try to take you on in a fight or try to make you go out shooting with her.we have a doctor who is a bit strange and the rest are fun. Were like a big family." she is smiling a big smile. "So why are you not with them? Did you go out to scavenge or did you leave the group?" he looks back at JD. She snaps at him "That is none of your concern!" He backs up "Sorry, sorry." a couple hours pass and they reach the city. "OK that's as far as we can take her." He pats his car as he turns it off. JD looks at him "No you can take her further." Thief Gets out "If you want to get every walker in the city to fallow you and kill your friends, go ahead." JD mumbles to himself. Thief helps Ash out taking her bags smiling "Never thought id be able to see someone as cute as you ever again." She rolls her eyes.
JD glares at him as they walk through the city. The moon starts to rise and they head into the mall. "make sure to stay quiet. their should be less walkers further up." He kills a walker with his knife and cuts him open then grabs its guts. "Here rub this on you." he throws some at JD "And I'll help you get it on your back Ash. But you might want to move your hair or put it up." she nods and he helps her out then helps JD. "It smells so bad." JD complains as he does. "Ether that or you become them." Ash points down at some walkers when they hear a survivor run out screaming and crying. "It's a girl, we need to." JD gets cut off as Ash grabs his arm and shushes him. "Look closely. She has the same badge as that Negan group." Ash glares "Were not helping her kind." Her eyes glow a bit. "But shes alone." JD fights back a little. "She is bit." Thief hands him binoculars "Her left ankle. They dumped her to draw out more people or to draw a horde here so they can get away." he sighs "That's what he does." Ash points a gun at his head "You seem to know a bit about him. Care to explain." He stands "How about when were in a safe place, one with only elevator access." He points at a group of walkers heading up to their floor. She nods "To the roof then." They head off.
