Mystreet: Aaron X Reader

Saving Katelyn

"Katelyn was kidnapped?" I asked. "How?"

"Kawaii~Chan and Aphmau~Senpai were out getting coffee. When we got back, the house was a mess and Aphmau~Senpai found this."

Kawaii~Chan handed me a piece of paper. 

Good luck finding your friend. Bring me (YN) (LN). Or she dies

"Why do they want me?" I asked. "We don't know." Aphmau said. "I can find her." I said. "How?" Kawaii~Chan asked. "I have my ways."

I sat down on the torn up couch and took out my camera/book. "Why does (YN)~Chan have a book at a time like this?" Kawaii~Chan asked. I ignored her and looked through the cameras. Pretty soon, I found what I was looking for. "There."

Kawaii~Chan and Aphmau crowded around the book. "What kind of book is that?" Aphmau asked. "Look." I said. We all looked at the screen. Katelyn walked into the house but was stopped by a man in a mask. Katelyn punched the guy and ran into the house and locked the door. The man grabbed a hammer from the bag he was carrying and smashed the door open. A few minutes later, the man was walking out of the house carrying an unconscious Katelyn in his arms.

"Katelyn." Aphmau said. "What kind of book is that?" Kawaii~Chan asked. "It's a long story. But I need to go get an old friend of mine." I told them. "We're coming with you." Aphmau said. Kawaii~Chan nodded. "It's too dangerous." I told them. "We live for danger."

I sighed. "Fine. Let's go."

I took out my wand. "This is how we're going to get there." I told them. "A stick?" Kawaii~Chan asked. "It's more than just a stick." I said. I waved my wand in the air and said, "Havala (HT)."

We appeared in (HT). "Where are we?" Aphmau asked. "We're in (HT). Where I used to live." I told them. "Where's this friend of yours?" Kawaii~Chan asked. "This way. Follow me."

We walked for a while until I stopped in front of a house. "This is where we need to be." I said. I knocked on the door and waited. "(FN)!" I called. A girl soon answered the door. Her eyes widened when she saw me. "(YN)?" she said. "(FN)." I said. "Is that really you?" she asked. "Yeah. Is your dad home?" I asked her. "No. Why?" she asked. "Good. Let us in." I said. (FN) nodded and we walked in. "This is Aphmau and Kawaii~Chan." I guestered to the girls. "You still didn't explain what's going on." Aphmau said. "You wanted to come with. You need to wait." I told her. "What's going on?" (FN) asked me. "It's about your dad."

"What about him?"

I handed her the note and her eyes widened. "He told me he gave that up!" she said. "Well he didn't and now our friend is kidnapped and wants me." I said. "Why does he want (YN)~Chan?" Kawaii~Chan asked. "It's about what I did a little bit before I moved." I told her. "(YN). Explanation. Now." Aphmau said. My phone rang. "Shit. It's Aaron." I said. "Answer it!" Aphmau said. "Hey Aaron." I said. "(YN). Where are you? You're not at your house." Aaron said. "I went out. I don't know how long I will be gone. Be safe. Don't talk to strangers."

"(YN), you're scaring me." Aaron said. "I have to go." I said. "(YN). Wait." he said. "Yeah?"

"I love you."

"I love you too. Stay safe."

I hung up and turned to (FN). "You do realize how dangerous my dad is, right?" she asked me. "I can handle it." I said. I took out my wand. "Do you think he still uses his lair?"

(FN) nodded. "Great. Let's go." I said. "Why do you have a stick?" (FN) asked. "It's a long story. Let's go."

I waved my wand in the air. "Havala Shadow Lair."

We appeared in a dark cave. "Be quiet." I whispered. We slowly walked through the cave. We heard voices. 

"Let me go!" we heard Katelyn say. "Not until I get (YN)." said a man in a very deep voice. We turned a corner and saw Katelyn tied up in a chair and a man standing next to her. "Just wait until I get my hands on you. If you hurt anyone I know, you're dead." Katelyn said. "Who are you anyway?"

"Call me Shadow. My daughter is friends with (YN)." Shadow said. "Why are you doing this?" Katelyn asked. "It's a long, terrible story."

"Shadow." I said, stepping out from behind the corner. "Ah. (YN). I knew you'd come." he said. "Let her go." I said. "(YN)?" Katelyn asked. "What's going on?"

"Explain." Shadow said. "Explain what you did."

"I didn't do anything. It was all you." I told him. "Explain." he said. 

"(YN), what is he talking about?" Katelyn asked. I took a deep breath. "It all started when I was much younger. I caught him selling drugs. He saw me and chased after me. I ran in my house and called the police. Right when the police dragged him away, the last thing he said was 'Mark my words I will get you (YN) (LN)'. Once I was old enough I moved across the country to get away from him. Apparently he got let out a while ago."

"And I never forgot what you did to me." Shadow said. "Dad?" (FN) asked, coming out from behind the corner. "(FN)? W-What are you doing here?" Shadow asked. "I came to stop you. You said you gave up this stuff." (FN) said. "I-I wanted revenge." Shadow said. "Revenge? is that all you care about? Why don't you be the dad I grew up knowing? What happened to you?"

"People change (FN). People change." Shadow said. "I don't like it. I like the dad I grew up knowing. The dad the loves me. And mom. Because of you, mom has never been the same."

Tears started to form in her eyes. "I thought you changed. But I guess not."

I pointed my wand at Katelyn. "Tumalio."

The rope holding Katelyn slowly disintegrated. "No!" Shadow said. "Will." I said. "Don't mess with me or my friends ever again."

"Don't call me Will!" he said. I ran out with (FN), Aphmau, Katelyn, and Kawaii~Chan following me. "Oh, and Will," I said before leaving. "The police are on their way."

We ran out of the lair and we were soon surrounded by police officers. Katelyn stayed to answer some questions, while the rest of us went back to MyStreet. Now I have to explain things to Aaron. When did my life get so difficult?
