Prompt: 10.See, look! We won't get confused with the map! Just take a left at that tree and take a right at that other one. Oh, we're lost in the woods.

Warning(s): Wolves? Too much fluff.

Info: You and Vylad have gone camping, which turned into animal hunting, and ended up getting lost in the woods with Vylad trying to confess his undying love to you at the same time.

Vylad sighed as I confidently turned another corner,

"(Y/N) I–" Vylad started but I cut him off,

"No, this is it!" I said happily as I turned to Vylad who looked nervous, "You okay?"

"I-i'm fine, just a-a little cold t-that's all.." He stuttered I nodded as we walked north,

"It says on the map that the camp site should be righttt here." I said while looking up from the map but there was nothing there except trees.

"(Y/N) we're lost." Vylad stated, I shook my head,

"I must've taken a wrong turn let's go back!" I nodded.

We walked away and started looking for the camp site again,

"(Y/N)–" Vylad stared again but I interrupted him,

"No Vylad! This is it!"

"(Y/N)... we're lost."

"See, look! We won't get confused with the map! Just take a left at that tree and take a right at that other one. Oh, we're lost in the woods." I grumbled while sitting on the soft grass and crossing my legs.

Vylad sat next to me.

"(Y/N), you do realise that for the last hour I haven't just been trying to say we're lost." Vylad whispered,

"Can we just set up a camp fire here? I'm really hungry!" I complained, clearly not hearing what Vylad had said,

Vylad suddenly became flustered and nodded his head,

"How about I go get some fire wood and you can stay and guard the fire." He said while handing me a stick, I smiled as nodded with determination.

"Will do captain!" I saluted as Vylad laughed and walked off into the woods.

Soon enough Vylad came back with lots of fire wood,

"Bro, since when did you have such strong arms?" I said, he chuckled and sed the wood down,

"I always have, I'm surprised it took you this long to notice." He bragged while flexing,

I turned around and look away before whispering a small oh my god.

Once the camp fire was ready me and Vylad sat down next to each other, I took some marshmallows I had brought with me and handing some to Vylad as I roasted mine on the fire,

A few minutes passed and Vylad had stopped roasting his 5th marshmallow.

I turned to him with a marshmallow in my mouth, "You okay?" I asked as I bit the soft piece of food.

"(Y/N).. I've known you for what? 3 years now and you have been, no actually, you are the greatest thing that's ever happened to me so I just wanted to tell you that I l–" Vylad was soon enough interrupted by a howl,

I jumped slightly, "What was that?"

"It sounded like a wolf." Vylad stated, clearly disappointed that he didn't get to finish his confession,

"Vylad I'm scared.." I whispered while pushing my face into his chest, Vylad blushed and stroked my hair,

"It's fine, we'll be okay."

"Ahhooo!" The wolf howled again but this time it was louder,

"Vylad it's getting closer." I panicked,

Just a few seconds after I had said that a white wolf appeared from behind the trees.

Vylad got up and grabbed the stick I was using to guard the camp site and walked towards the wolf making it whimper and back away,

Once the wolf was as far back as possible Vylad ran up to me and carried my bridal style,

"We have to get out of here." Vylad stated,

"But my stuff! And my marshmallows..."

"Let's go!" He said while running, the wolf seemed to follow us as Vylad ran faster and faster,

"(Y/N).. If we die, I just wanted to tell you how much you meant to me and that I love you." Vylad confessed as my eyes widened,

"Vy–"

Before I could finish my sentence we heard a loud yelp, it was the wolf.

I slowly made my way towards the whimpering creature,

"(Y/N) wait! You're gonna get yourself killed!" Vylad yelled,

Once I was directly in front the create it held out it's paw, on it's paw was a sharp thorn going through their fur,

I quickly took out the thorn as the animal let out a bark (Do wolves do that? Idk XD) of relief,

I held out my arms as it jumped into them, I walked back over to Vylad with a smile,

"Yo Vylad, I got myself a new pet~"

"(Y/N)?! You're alive and well?!" Vylad almost screamed,

"Yep! And about that little confession of yours.." I said refering back to the earlier situation,

Vylad blushed and looked down,

"I love you too." I replied as I kissed him.
