I have Science first block with Mr. Joysomberry, he always sneezes on us so whoever sits in the front row gets boogers all over them. If you've been in Elmington high since freshman year, you should know this.
I sit in class waiting for the bell ti ring, the clock is going slower than usual, tick tock tick tock. I just want to go to english class to see him. To see his face, and those perfect lips I might soon be kissing.
Ace always seems to pick me up after each class and we walk together to english, where I will see the man of my dreams. Tyson isn't some grade school crush, he's not a boy I see in the halls, he's a boy that I have legitamate deep conversations with in english class. The boy I actually love. We text sometimes, but rarely, but oh jeez,he is just too perfect.
"Oh Jingle Bells, will you ever stop day dreaming about you're lover?" Ace interupts my thoughts.
"Its Bella and No I wo- I mean I wasn't day dreaming about him." I try to change the subject "So have you thought of your dares yet?"
"Yes, I have actually. I'm daring Pizza Face to rap The Motto by Drake in the caffeteria at lunch.
Pizza face was this nerdy triangualr faced boy in our Food and Nutrition class, we picked on him all the time.
Ace continued.
"And I dare you Bella Brown, to kiss Tyson Pitcher before the end of this school day."
My heart dropped into my stomach, out of all the poeple that could have dared me, my own friend.
"Uhhh, I, umm, isn't that against the rules? It has to be. My own friend can't dare me to do something I want to do. Or can you? Well I don't think there is anything wrong with it. It's just a dare right? Nothing more."
I look to my side, Ace is giving me the funniest look.
"What are you looking at?" I ask her
" You are the most bipolar person I have ever seen Jingle Bells, it's kind of cute though"
"ITS BELLA!! And I'm not bipolar, I think out loud."
I walk into class with still 10 minutes before the bell, Tyson is already here eating some Jolly Ranchers, his favourite.
He looks up at me and smiles a crooked smile, I smile back and take my seat behind him.
"Jingle Bells, how are you? Ready for all the dares?"
"Its Bella thank you very much, I'm good tired I guess but I'm so excited for summer! And no, I am not ready at all."
He laughs a small laugh, but just enough to the point where is eyes close up. Gah he is so cute!
"Class settle down, especially you boys with your teenaged booming voices" Mrs. Jones says. She has such a loud and annoying voice for such a little thing.
"Hey" Tyson whispered "Don't forget to tell your brother I said welcome back!"
Oh yeah, my brother, Chace would be back today from college I haven't seen him in 2 years and totally forgot they were buddies.
I look him straight in the eye and say, " Sure, just for you, I won't forget"
It;s going to be an interesting summer.
It's finally lunch, this should be fun. Pizza face will be rapping and I will be kissing Tyson.
