3rd person's POV
Dean and Castiella were leaning in for a kiss when...Castiella's POV
"Ow." I cried out pretending to have to cramp in my leg.Dean and I pulled away and he asked me if I was ok.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I just got a cramp in my leg." I said.
"Oh ok. Well, at least you're ok." He said as he cleared his throat.
"So, what have you been up to lately? He hasn't talked ever since we graduated." He asked.
"Well, I got accepted into the Paris Ballet school, so I'll be going there in 2 years." I explained.
"Why are you waiting 2 years to go?" He asked.
"Well, I have something that I have to do for a year and a half. What about you? Any good news?" I asked.
"Yeah, I actually got accepted into the University of Chicago. I wanted to go there to be on their football team." He explained.
"Wow, that's awesome. Great job." I said.
"Thanks." He smiled.
We smiled at each other for a few seconds before he leaned in closer. I was about to pull away until he hugged me. I hugged him back.
"You're really pretty, Castiella." He said.
"Thanks, Dean." I smiled.
"I'm sorry I've taken so long to ask you this but will you go out with me?" He asked as we pulled away.
I opened my mouth but nothing came out. I really wanted to but I just couldn't. I was destined to be an angel in heaven and I can't go out with Dean now. I only have the rest of today and tomorrow to be on earth. I can't go out with him but I also don't want to hurt his feelings.
I opened my mouth again.
"Dean, I would love to, but I just can't." I said.
"Oh ok." He said sadly.
"I'm sorry, Dean." I apologized.
"What if we do a long distance relationship? We could talk everyday." He suggested.
"Dean, I have a boyfriend already. I'm sorry." I rushed out.
"Who's your boyfriend?" Dean asked sadly.
Suddenly the doors fly open and a young guy walks in.
"Hello, I'm Gabriel. Oh hey, babe?" The boy says as he sets his stuff down.
He walked over to the deep end of the pool and jumped into the pool.
He swims over to me and stands next to me. I gave him look that said 'what are you doing?'
He whispered in my ear, "Just go with it."
We pulled away and I gave him a look that said, 'ok.'
"Hi, I'm Dean. Nice to meet you, Gabriel. How long have you two been dating?" Dean asks Gabriel.
"3 months." Gabriel answers almost immediately.
"Well, I'm happy for you both." Dean says with a hint of sadness in his voice.
"Hey Dean, what time is it?" I asked.
"Hold on, let me grab my phone really quick." He says as he's getting out of the pool.
Once Dean is out of earshot I turn to Gabriel.
"Hey, next time please don't call me 'babe'. How would you feel if I called you that?" I whispered a bit madly.
"Sorry. I was trying to help you out of a situation." He explained.
"And thank you for that, but next time just try to keep things undercover." I explained.
He nodded. "Ok." He said.
"It's 1:00, Castiella." Dean said.
I turned around and said ok.
