Nobody has ever been the same since Ty committed suicide.
Every night, Lyric hears that same shotgun blast.
One bang, and another, and another...
The haunting sound keeps repeating.
She eventually stopped sleeping at night, as she had a recurring nightmare that replayed the sound of the gun and kept showing the sight of Ty's lifeless body, lying there in a pool of blood.
Tyler and Josh cancelled the remainder of their tour after Ty had died. They, too, need a large amount of time to cope.
Molly cries herself to sleep every night.
Ashlee intentionally isolates herself from everyone and everything. She barely ever leaves her bedroom.
But then, something popped into Lyric's head.
In the middle of the night, she remembered Ty's brief suicide note.
"I love him too much to let him go."
She spent the rest of the night wondering, "Who is he? Who did Ty die for?"
The next morning, her alarm went off.
She realized that it was Monday.
She had to go to school feeling absolutely exhausted because she hadn't gotten a wink of sleep.
Every class passed by, and every minute ticked on the clock.
Lyric barely paid attention, not just because she was tired, but because she was still longing for an answer to her question:
"Who is he?"

Author's Note
Hooray for Chapter fucking 2
I wanted to add a suspenseful chapter because I like tension and shit.
Now, if you've read Silence, you already know who Ty died for, but still.
Honestly, you should probably read Silence if you haven't already or you're not gonna understand the fucking storyline, considering this is the sequel to it.
Anyways, I'll start coming up with stuff for Chapter 3. Hopefully it won't be too long, but I don't know.
Catch you guys later I guess |-/
