CHAPTER 7:
DAVE'S P.O.V.
6 months. I courted her for six months thank God. She answered my question if she can be my girl friend and she said "YES!" I think we became the happiest man living on earth. Today is our 4th monthsary. But whenever I asked her if can go to their house. She's always saying I can't. Since its our 4th monthsary I will go to their house to surprise her. I bought a teddy bear, bouquet of flowers and some chocolates. I was already at their gate. I followed the instruction given to me by Frances that Jane mentioned to her once. The house was big. There are lots of trees and then I knocked. A man went out and asking me if what do I need. Shoot, i think its her dad.
"Goodevening sir. I'm looking for Jane. Is she here?"
"Pasok ka."
The man opened the gate and we went in. He was asking me.
"Are you from Quezta Verde?"
"Hmm. I'm sorry sir. Where is Quezta Verde."
"Then who are you?"
"I'm Dave, boyfriend of Jane. Today is our 4th monthsary."
"Huh? 4th monthsary?"
"Iho, makinig kang mabuti sa ikwe kwento ko ha?"
"Opo."
"Bagong lipat lang kami dito sa Toontown before your classes started. We spent it by fixing things out here. We are a happy family we spent lot of time together. Madaming nangyare. One day Jane, she was just always at our backyard. We saw her talking to someone pero hindi naman alam kung sino or ano yun. Nag-iba talaga yung ugali niya. One time galing siya sa likod tapos derederetso siya kinuha niya yung paint brush then she wrote something sobrang hirap basahin pero ang pagkakaintindi namin. "Do you want to know my story?" We scold her up. But it seems that she does not care. She even laughed so hard. She was always the backyard or her room. Yun lang yung pinupuntahan niya. The worst thing happened was her mom saw her holding a knife then my wife get it from her. Pero nilabanan niya. Nasaksak niya yung mama niya, my wife. Sinabi niya saakin na "Papa, hindi ako yung gumawa nito. Yung babaeng naka white dress, yung lalaking curly ang buhok at may balbas at yung batang mahilig sa red lipsticks. Hindi ko alam paano ako mag rereact pero natauhan ata siya at sinaksak niya na din yung sarili niya. Nangyare to bago yung school year niyo. Kaya hindi na din siya nakapag-aral.
"It was she. Yung nagdala ng kababalaghan sa school."
"Iho, alam kong yung anak ko yun. Pero ginagamit lang yung katawan niya para magawa yung mga yun. Tulungan mo kong maayos to. Ako lang ang may alam ng storyang ito. At sayo ko lang sinabi please."
The next day, I went to school. Am I too early? Walang katao tao. I saw Mr. Amurao, he was telling me to go home and go back at exactly 7:20 where classes starts.
"Mr. Amurao, I know everything. I know already who was giving crimes here in our school."
"What do you mean?"
"Sir. Its Jane Zonio the transferee."
"Shh."
"Why?"
" I know everything. Come here. No one should hear this because my life would be on danger. It was a month before school years started. I heared that there was a new neighbor to Toontown before they reached their house I went there and left a note inside the cabinet. As I heared a car was near so i just throw the paper in the comfort room. What really happened first was when Gab, Vettey and Sakkshi was locked inside the comfort room. I forced the door to open that's why I was there.Then the next crime happened was Gab was poisoned I wrote a note on the crampled paper and told her to stop but she never did. Sakkshi? On the floor it has a open paper as I have written go back to your class. She was heading back until she slipped and I can't do anything. Remember Mrs. Thelma? Sinulat ko yung takbo sa salamin but she never did. No one ever listened to me. Please makinig ka saakin."
"Mr. Amurao, let me finish this."
I went to the classroom. Shoot, Jane was there. I need to confront her.
"JANE! I already know everything. Your dad told me. You ain't real."
At one blink she was infront me already.
"Since you know the story already. It's time."
I felt the knife through my stomach. And heared her say..
"I love you so much. We are now together. Nothing can broke us apart. And you're mine forever. HA HA HA"
It left the classroom with blood spilling from Dave. He was laying with his eyes opened.
