Y/N's Pov
My plan was in full effect and I went back to the house only to discover that Jake wasn't there. I began to panic. I mean what if Jake knew all along that I wanted nothing more than to just see him in pain.

I heard a faint, weak sound. Sounded like Jake. "Y/N... please. Are you ok?" "Jake..omg. Fuck... The guy dragged me out and threatened to kill me if I didn't give him Austin. I-I tried. Luckily, there was a bat near by so I knocked him out and grabbed Austin. I'll do everything in my power to get that bitch back and make him pay. We'll do it together, I promise." "Baby don't worry about it. I'll handle it." "Jake..you're weak. Come on, let's go to my place.." "You sure?" "Of course I am, now let's go."

I helped Jake up and took him to the car. 'Mission is almost done.' I thought to myself. 'Y/N, I'm so glad you're in my life again. Now that I'm taking medication for my issues, I feel...better. I feel like I have a purpose again. At one point, I thought about killing myself in prison. I couldn't handle it because I-I.." Jake trailed off. "Jake.. it's ok. I'm glad you're in my life again too.." I started rethinking my plans. I started to feel bad for Jake.. I stopped at the nearest gas station. "Babe I'll be back, I'm going to the restroom." I rushed to the restroom.

I called Michael. "Michael.. I can't do it. I can't torture Jake for some reason.. He really changed this time." "I knew this would happen.. that's why I didn't want you to do it in the first place! I knew he'd be different." "Wait what, how did you k-" The phone hung up. I started to get nervous. I don't know why I had a weird feeling that it wasn't Michael's first time meeting Jake when he saw him a while back..

I went back to the car. "Jake you ok?" "Yeah I'm fine". On our way back to my house, Jake out of nowhere said "Hey I've been meaning to tell you about my step brother.." "Wait is that the guy you mentioned a while ago in high school?" "Yeah exactly, I'm gonna call him up so you guys can meet." "I'd love that Jake"  Jake called his step brother. "Hey bro, you wanna come over to Y/N's place to meet her?" I couldn't hear what he was saying but Jake's smile grew. "Alright bro, see you later". "So what happened? Is he coming?" "He said he'd be over later, he's taking care of his kid. And you know it's funny that the kid's name is Austin too, hehe." "Wait really?" "Yeah really.. why?" "That's just so crazy to me..such a coincidence right?" "I said the same thing".

I got a weird feeling once again, one I didn't like at all. Maybe I was being paranoid because I didn't go through with the plan. We were at the house. I got out and helped Jake. "Damn Y/N.. your house is huge." "Thanks babe". I got a text which scared the crap out of me. It was Michael.

Hubby🤩❤️: Y/N... there's something I have to tell you. Something I've been hiding and I should have told you a long time ago..
You: Michael.. I don't like this feeling I'm getting.. Did you know Jake before I met you?
Hubby🤩❤️: About that...

All of a sudden the chat bubble disappeared.. "Oh who were you texting babe?" "It was just a friend trying to get me to go out." "Oh well you know you can, I'm not stopping you." "Nah I'd rather be with you!" "I love you.." "I love you too Jake". As we approached the door, I got another text.

Hubby🤩❤️: Y/N..He's my step brother.
