A loud knock on the door interrupted my thoughts. "Y/N I know you're in there... Just come out princess..." I could hear the anger building up in his voice. It's hard to say this, but I'm really scared. After all the things I've been told, I don't know what he might do to me... "Y/N! Jake wants to see you!" Ashely's mom said. "Ok... I'll be down in a sec." While I was pondering whether I should go downstairs or not, I got a text.

I quickly walked downstairs. I was hesitant to open the door, but I thought about what Jake said and I didn't want to know what he meant. "Hey beautiful!" Jake said. He grabbed my hand and pulled me into the car. Once we got in I knew what I was in for... "Why the hell did you lie to me?!" He yelled. "I-I don't know, I was just scared-" "Scared of what Y/N?!" My phone was in the house, so I couldn't call Ashely.... He sped off. Suddenly the car came to an abrupt stop. When I looked up we were in some secluded woods...

Good luck, you can start in 3...2...1!" As soon as I heard one I ran as fast as I could. I didn't know what Jake was capable of and I'm pretty sure he's capable of doing anything. I ran to the left (Idk I randomly thought about having you run left😂)  because I could easily turn around and get out of the woods once I heard his steps. I hid behind some bushes when I heard leaves crunching. It was him. Once the sounds faded away, I ran towards where the car was. Luckily, the keys were left in the car! 'What an idiot...' I thought to myself. I was so caught up in my thoughts that I didn't realize Jake was coming. I could see him from a distance. I put the car in ignition and sped off. I saw him run towards the car but he eventually stopped. The first place I thought about going to was the police station. I rushed in and checked to make sure Jake wasn't around. "Hello, what can I do for you?" "Hi, I'd like to file a restraining order, please." "We have a lot going on today, so take a seat and be patient. I estimate the wait will be 30 minutes, ok?" "Ok. Thank you." After a while I was directed into an office. I was greeted with blank expressions as soon as I walked in. "Okay... Ms...-" "Y/L"
(Y/L stands for your last name) "Ah, yes! Sorry about that, there's been a ton of things going on here today... Hehe. But I hear you need a restraining order, right?" "Yes, my boyfriend is insane! I can't do anything without him being there..." "Well I think that's an overprotective boyfriend, no reason for an order." It's like he covered the scene with someone else's DNA... I just wish they would have put him in jail. But you know how people fall for guys like him and believe anything he says. The perfect guy, they said. What a fucking joke... Excuse my language there. Now as a friend I'm telling you that if he comes near you and tries to hurt you, you knock the shit out of him. (The movie the perfect guy inspired this chapter btw😂 I thought about some movies that I watched and this one was very similar to it) I still have his car so I need to go to his brother's house to return it. Now I know it seems like this will be a short story, but it won't. I promise!
