Tej n the whole family behind him. Omru get angry seeing Tej n r controlling themselves as they are in a hospital.

T(to Rudra):  How is Anika? Is she fine?

This was enough to trigger Om n he blasted on Tej.

O: Wah...Mr Oberoi.  Y r u so worried about Bhabhi suddenly?  Where did this sudden love come from? And what r u doing here? Oh...I understand.  U r here to celebrate ur victory right? U must be on cloud nine to see my brother and bhabhi suffering.

T: Om, u r misunderstanding me. I just came to...

R(cuts Tej):  What?  I am sure u came to trouble my Bhaiyya n bhabhi again.  But I will never allow u near them again.  And...misunderstanding u? No one could understand u better than us Mr Oberoi. So pls stop this fake drama of being concerned.

Tej has a pained expression on his face seeing Om n Ru's accusing glares. Dadi steps in.

Dadi: Omru...pls calm down n Tej is not faking anything.  I will explain everything later.  But just say if Anika is alright...  And where is billu?

Pinky: Haan...where is my sons?

Omru hud Dadi n sob loudly.
The elder Oberois r panicked n r trying to understand the situation.

Jhanvi: Gauri,  at least u answer us. Is everything fine? What has happened to Anika n where is Shivaay?

G: Maaji...Bhoujai... Bhoujai is in the ICU n the doctor said that she has been poisoned. (And cries)

Dadi stumbles but Omru hold her.  Tejvi n Shanky r shocked.

Pinky:  What r u sayings Gauri?  Is Anika fines?

G: Choti maaji, the doctor is saying that it is difficult to save Bhoujai.

Tej: What about Shivaay? Where is he?

R: Seeing bhabhi's condition n due to the past few days (glaring at Tej), Bhaiyya took so much of stress and....and...

Shakti:  What? Shivaay... Is he ok?

O: No, Chote papa. Shivaay is not fine. He has suffered a cardiac arrest.

Pinky sits on the floor with a thud n Shakti stands numb as tears fall from his eyes.  Dadi slumps n is held by omru and is made to sit on the chair. Tejvi r shocked n their faces show pain and guilt.

Jhanvi (goes to Pinky n kneels down):  Pinky, don't fall weak. Shivaay will be fine.  He is the neev n wall of the Oberoi family.  He will not fall so easily.  Stay strong Pinky n I am sure Anika will also fight and come back to us.

Tej:  Shakti,  control urself. Shivaay is not that weak to accept defeat... And Anika... She is the strongest girl I have ever seen.  They will survive this phase n return to their family.

Dadi: Y such things happen with my family?  When everything seems to be fine another problem springs up. And my billu n Anika have to suffer for no mistake of theirs.

Pinky hugs Jhanvi n cries while Tej holds Shakti as a sign of support.

Listening to their talks and reactions., Omruri r shocked n r unable to understand head or tail of the situation.

Just then Bhavya comes there panting n calls Tej.

Tej:  Bhavya,  did u complete ur work?

B: S uncle. U need not worry.  Everything is perfect.  I just came to know about Anika bhabhi n rushed here. Is she fine?

Tej(sighs): She is still in the ICU as she is poisoned n Shivaay has also got a cardiac arrest due to stress.

B(tears brimming her eyes) : I thought everything would be fine.  But it seems there are more to come. (After a pause, a sudden realisation dawned on her) Now I understand what he meant.

Tej:  What do you mean,  Bhavya?

Omruri r confused and frustrated with the mysterious conversation of Tej n Bhavya.

R: Bhavya, what r u people talking about... And could someone explain what is going on?

O: Exactly.  Mr Oberoi, what is this new drama?

Shakti:  Bhaisaab is not doing any drama Omru. His words r genuine.

Omruri r dazzled seeing Shakti defending Tej even after the latter had thrown Shakti's son and DIL out of Oberoi mansion.  But they were shocked even more when Pinky also supported Shakti's words.

P: Haan...Omru... Shakti ji is rights. Jethji n Jethaniji r really worried.  There is nothing fakes in this.

Omruri share bewildered looks n again question the others.

O: What is happening here?

R: Is everything alright?

G: Has something happened that we are not aware of?

Bhavya:  Bhaiyya,  bhabhi aur Rudra,  just calm down.  I know u have thousands of questions in ur mind as everything around u is complicated. I will answer ur questions.

Omruri r waiting to hear Bhavya, unknown to the fact that the revelations r going to be extremely shocking and unbelievable.
