The boy's gaze abruptly changed to the direction of Jimin, they both made eye contact. Jimin's eyes widened.

"Who are you?"

The boy continued to stare at Jimin, finally acknowledging his presence. Jimin didn't know what to do, he didn't know how to talk to the strange boy.

All the words he tried to say ended up getting caught, Jimin never had such a hard time trying to talk to someone. He was always very social and talkative, sometimes rambling on a lot.

The boy's gaze showed annoyance, as he jumped down from the large willow tree, onto the soft green grass and flowers of the forest, soon he started to walk towards the petite blond.

"Who are you," the boy spoke once again, this time with a more assertive tone. Jimin parted his lips slightly to speak, but still, the words were caught; he didn't understand.

Jimin quickly calmed his nerves, finally answering the boy's requested answer. "My name is Jimin Pak, what's your name?" Jimin said cheerfully, despite how nervous he was at the given moment. In the presence of the boy, he felt small.

The boy stopped a few feet away from Jimin and extended his hand out, "My name is JeongGuk." He stated in his normal, timid expression.

'So JeongGuk is his name?' Jimin voiced to himself. He thought it was a cute name.

He accepted his offer and shook JeongGuk's hand, the smile never fading. JeongGuk grinned slightly and set his hand down to rest at his side again.

"So you're Korean Jimin?" JeongGuk asked.

Jimin nodded and set swayed his hands back and forth.

"Yup! And I assume you are too! Because of your singing" The boy smiled.

JeongGuk seemed to go stiff; did he say something wrong. Did he offend the boy by assuming his race?

"Oh did I offe-" "How much of me did you, hear?" JeongGuk messed with his hands, clearly a bit embarrassed that someone heard him singing.

Jimin desperately wanted to tell the boy that his singing was angelic and that he has nothing to be worried about, "I heard some of it, you have a great singing voice!" Jimin claimed with earnest admiration, not cheap flattery.

"Thanks... I'm pretty self-conscious about my voice, it's nice to know that someone finds it nice, I guess." JeongGuk smiled sheepishly.

Jimin started to rock on the heels of his feet looking around at the scenery, he knew it was a dream, but it all looked too real. The small boy wanted to ask JeongGuk why he seemed to be alive, not once did someone in his dreams respond to his presence, nonetheless, he decided not to.

"Mind if I call you kookie?" Jimin asked, trying to break the awkward silence between the two. JeongGuk looked up at jimin and smiled, "Sure."

"Ok, Kookie! Want to go to the meadow, I want to know you!" Jimin asked again, even though JeongGuk was a figment of his imagination, he wanted to know him, even if it was for a limited amount of time.

JeongGuk nodded again and Jimin took ahold of his hand, dragging him through the vegetation to the open meadow where he woke up at. JeongGuk didn't protest at all, he just let Jimin drag him.

As soon as Jimin spotted a nice place to settle down, he decided it would be a good idea to JeongGuk some stuff.

"How old are you Kookie? Because I'm 17!"Jimin cheered blissfully, JeongGuk seemed to be almost the same age as Jimin, or possibly younger.

"I-um, don't really know, I guess 15?" JeongGuk questioned himself, the truth is, he died at the age of 15 so he just assumed that was his age.

Jimin seemed to be surprised by the fact JeongGuk was younger than him, he really thought that he was the same age.

"You don't look like you're 15 though, you look at least 17 like me," Jimin chuckled, "Well looks can be deceiving."

"Next question! Favorite color?" Jimin grinned, moving himself to in front of the boy.

"Black." "Oh! Mines white!"

"What do you enjoy to do in your free time, I really enjoy cooking," Jimin asked again, he really wanted to know at least the basics of the boy, maybe he could tell Taehyung about it when he woke up or something on the lines of that.

JeongGuk thought to himself, trying to recall things from his past life; it took a bit but he remembered a bit.

"I guess I always enjoyed drawing, so yeah, drawing." Jimin took note of that, Taehyung enjoyed drawing as well so he thought it might be an ok place to bring him up.

"My friend Taehyung enjoys drawing too! You should meet him-" Jimin stopped himself, remember this is all a dream.

"Oh yeah, this is a dream.." He muttered to himself and JeongGuk chuckled.

"Speaking of dreams you're about to wake up, so if you want to know more, hurry up a bit." JeongGuk smiled, and Jimin as astonished.

JeongGuk was aware of the situation which, again, is not normal. He thought about it, puzzled until JeongGuk spoke.

"Don't question it ok?" He chuckled and Jimin obliged. If JeongGuk told him not to, then he wouldn't, it didn't matter that great either.

The ground started to shake and small pieces started to fall; Jimin hastily got up and look around alarmed.

"You're waking up now, see you later!" JeongGuk waved farewell and everything fell.

Jimin groggily sat up, pushing his duvet to the side a bit.

It took him a few seconds to notice that he was awake and in his room. His dream felt too real. Especially since he was talking to someone.

He fixed his sweater's position a bit and stood up, confused.

"What the heck was that?"

Jimin lied in his bed again, pulling the duvet over his body, not wanting to get up. He wanted to talk with JeongGuk again.

"Hey! Shorty, get up!" Taehyung yelled, throwing Jimin his uniform, the piece of clothing landing right on Jimin's resting body.

Jimin groaned and sat up again.

"What was that dream?"
