I put my hair in two French braids and headed down the stairs.
"Hey Millie." I greeted her.
"Hey, how you feeling?" She asked.
"Great so far."I say sitting out on the balcony of the house.
"Hey." I hear a voice.
"Hey– Oh it's you." I say, thinking it was Noah but it was Jack.
"Look I'm sorry, for everything I've done." He apologized.
I look at him," How can I be so sure?"
"By this." And he kissed me.
I kissed back of course and then I pulled away.
"Wow." I breath out,
"I didn't see that coming."
He laughs and we talk about nothing, while looking out onto the balcony.
