The Friend House

It was New Year's Eve. Santa was on his way to Buyan to gove all the Friend House and Buyanese children their presents. 2017 has come to an end, and there were less than 24 hours left until 2018. 

Elena was wearing a rooster costume. Taras was wearing a trollface costume. Larissa was dressed as Amy Rose the Hedgehog, her younger brother Vitya was Tails the Fox, while their older brother Sergei was Sonic the Hedgehog. Afanasiy was representing Olivia, a character from his favorite YouTube channel, TheBrianMaps. Peter was dressed as Nerd from the same channel to match up with his friend. Nadia had a Cinderella costume. 

Anyway....yeah.

When all the Friend House children were ready, they went outside to the big Christmas tree Garry (one of the staff members who is a custodian) set up for them. Baby Banana and his friends Chichi the Monkey and Mitya the Penguin were there too. And soon Santa arrived. "Ho ho ho! Who was good this year?"

All the children cheered. 

"Great! Now, will you all sing me the Jingle Bells song?"

The Friend House kids gathered up and started singing the song in Buyanese. Except for Elena and Pauline. They never studied the Buyanese language, they were too busy fighting with each other. So Elena just mouthed it in Russian, and Pauline just kept her mouth closed. 

"Awesome job!! Now, you, children here, what do you have for me?"

Baby Banana, Chichi, and Mitya did not know how to talk. They only knew Russian and Buyanese sign languages. Thankfully Santa knew sign languages. So they just told him a poem in Russian sign language.

Now it was time for the presents. Baby Banana got a new tablet. Chichi got a giant package of banana flavored candy. Mitya got a new airplane because he liked being a pilot. Elena got two fidget spinners, a fidget spinner pen and a t-shirt with the logo of VladCrazyShow. Peter got a series of Pokemon books written in Braille for blind people. Nadia got a special object to help her stop limping and some makeup. Agata got an apple dress. Wiktor got new colored pencils. Afanasiy got a camera and a photo album. Ostap got a new game for his Sega Genesis. Pauline got a fidget cube and an Ugly Doll (she had a collection). Jan got Pokemon coloring books. Mina got some new games for her DSi, and so did Bogdan. Taras got tin soldiers. The younger kids got the same thing: chalk, candy, and toy cars.

In a few hours, 2018 came, some of the adults living on the island boosted fireworks, everybody had some Kek, the island's national dessert, and were happy about the new year starting.
