Marceline

It's a new day, same routine. Wake up at 3pm, shower and brush my teeth, get dressed, float around the house and suck the red out of everything while playing my bass. Every so often would I go to visit Bonnibel at her kindgom.

Bonnibel is one of closest and bestest (not a word, but who cares) friends in the whole world and kinda sortaaaa my love interest, but I sure as hell don't show it because love is something that just isn't for me. Anyway, we've known each other for a few centuries and I plan on keeping it that way.

Picking up dirty clothes and crumpled up pieces of paper off of my bedroom floor, my phone begins to ring in my pocket. Taking the loud object out from my jean pocket, I answer and put the phone up to my ear. "Hello?" I spoke into the phone. "Hey, Marcy! I'll be done with my duties in about an hour, so I was wondering if you wanna hang out when I'm done?" Bonnibel questioned over the phone. I took a few seconds to think about the offer. "Sure, Bonnie. I'll meet you outside the kingdom in an hour and a half." "Great, see you then!"

I put my phone down and contined to somewhat straighten my room. Once I was done, I changed into a better looking outfit consisting of ripped black skinny jeans, a dark blue v-neck shirt, and grey sneakers. Floating downstairs, I sat (more like floated above it) on my couch and strummed on my bass to pass the time.

"I'm so glad that meeting went well, Peps. If it didn't, the entire kingdom would be on very low budget." I told Peppermint Butler as we walked through the halls of the kingdom, following him into the grand hallroom. "Yes, we're very lucky. Now, the last thing to do for the day is to make sure the grand hall is prepared to set up for the annual Candy Ball in two weeks." Peps read to me off of my list of duties. "Alrighty, thanks Peps. It means a lot to have you here to guide me in the right direction when it comes to my royal duties." I thanked him with a smile, receiving one in return. "No problem, Princess."

Thankfully, it didn't take long to finish up in the grand hall. I was looling forward to spending time with Marceline because I hadn't seen her in two days and missed my best friend.
