Phoenix smiled to herself as she checked off the box next to the words "Math Project: Due in 8 7 6 days". She was glad to have finished all her homework early, so she could go to the next class that she had, which was self defense. After being kidnapped and taken to a secret facility, she had decided that it would be better to be safe than sorry. When she had gotten home from the private plane, she had found herself 500,000 dollars wealthier and having a lot of make-up work to do for her classes. But other than that, all was back to normal, as it should be for a 14 year old girl in college. Although, sometimes, she felt like she was missing a little excitement.
