Hermione was sat at the table herself and Ginny had chosen to study at alone; Ginny had had to leave a few minutes ago, suddenly remembering she'd made dinner plans with Harry for that lunchtime.
The whole room was so silent you could hear a pin drop. Hermione was still reading to herself and Sirius and Remus were still in their places doing the same.
Suddenly, Sirius stood up and made his way over to the table. "You look lonely, Hermione. Mind if we join you?" He asked politely, gesturing towards Remus who still sat at the table behind him.
"Not at all, make yourselves comfortable," Hermione replied with a warming smile.
"Great. Come on, Moony! We're going to sit over here and keep 'mione here company," Sirius called to his best friend, who reluctantly got up and made his way over to sit opposite Hermione, but Sirius got there first, making sure Moony had to sit next to the girl instead.

After around 10minutes of quiet, slightly awkward working time around the table, Sirius stood up, clapping his hands together and tucking his chair in. "I'm going to have a look over there for a book I've been wanting to read, I'll be back shortly," he spoke to the pair that were still sat down, who only gave him short nods of their heads in reply.
Sirius walked away quickly and walked into the first isle of the library, before quietly slipping out the door without being noticed.
