"Attention" "Attention all Aperture Science Employees" "Cave Johnson needs you to get off your asses and run to the central hall!" "Its a STAFF MEETING!!" "If you are late, you will be FIRED"
The Loudspeaker's message works it's way into my dreams and twists them around until only a single, solitary figure remains, shouting, "WAKE UP FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, OR YOU'LL BE LATE!"
I awake with a start. I quickly look around to see where i am. No luck. Still in the same old room, with the same old chair and desk. The remains of the take-out I ordered last night is still sitting in the same old battered bin. I sighed. That stupid loud speaker had interrupted such a wonderful dream. What it was, I couldn't say. But all I knew was that it was a wonderful dream.
I then got up and got my clothes from my wreck of what was once a wardrobe and then sharply inhaled.
"SHIT!" I swore "THE MEETING!" I pull on my least-shabbiest shirt and ran to the meeting. Little did I know that THIS meeting was to change my life, forever..
