Vacation Paradise
CHAPTER 8

I said, "Aww Unnie has a thing for a boy over there." She looked at me while blushing saying "well I can say the same for you too, you've been smiling at him all night."

Right then I heard Hobi tell Kayla that he has to do something real quick and he'll be right back. She told him "okay." She came over with a light skip, she was super happy.

"Ooolala so what happened? What’s his name… Hobi is it? Is he charming?" I asked her.
She told me "we danced and got to know each other. His name is Jung Hoseok. His favorite color is also Green." She sighed dreamily, "I think I'm in love."

Kayla, Morza and I all laughed. Suddenly the lights went off. And a voice boomed from the speakers, the announcer was telling us who the promoters of the party were.
We all were shocked to hear it was the boys from the table.

They appeared and had on different outfits and looked absolutely stunning. We were just looking at each other, grinning like idiots. They did a greeting by saying, "Hello, We are BTS!"

After hearing their group name my heart dropped. Why haven't I recognize them before? Pabo!

I feel so stupid now. Knowing that a well-known k-pop group is actually the boys we've been talking to all night. But I'm not a crazy fan that finds out afterward and not acts normal around them anymore.

Besides they’re normal people that are trying to seek things in life too.

As I observe Lucy and the other girls came by and were so excited. BTS also introduce themselves individually. When they did they were all looking in the crowd. When it was the persons turn that was staring at me earlier; he looked at me. He smiled slightly and said, "I am RM." My heart stopped for the first time, that moment took my breath away.

All my friends were teasing me and I was telling them to stop but they were like "Aww Ash got her a man! You can't tell her anything, aww he likes you! Wait, wait, he loves you Ash" and so on.

While they were teasing me, the boys were about to perform a dance for the crowd. The crowd went wild and was singing along. All of us were stuck looking at the stage, mesmerized by their beautiful voices and their deadly dancing.

After the performance, they said, "thank you and have a great time." And the boys came off the stage and the club music starts playing again. I asked the girls how did they like the performance. They all agreed with Lucy when she said "Like it!? Uh no... I loved it!"

The boys came out and went straight to us. Everybody was talking but me, so I turned around and there he was.
"Did you like the performance?" he asked. I told him "I loved it."
In response, he smiled. He asked me what was my name and I told him "my name is Ash". He told me I had a beautiful name. I smiled, "thank you."

Before he could say anything else to me, a girl came up and roughly kissed him. She slightly looked and smirked at me while kissing him. She stopped and stood back revealing his flabbergasted expression.
"Joonie bear you missed me?" He saw me looked the other way and I just turned around and walked towards the table, anger flushed through me.

Malaysia came to me, "hey what’s wrong you seem down all of a sudden?" I told her what happened and she was disappointed. She told me "don't worry about it, go out on the dance floor and have fun." I smiled and said "okay."

All I could think about is why am I so worked over him. It's not like we're soul mates. We just met each other. Why am I feeling this way? I sighed. Of course, this would happen, they’re well-known after all.

She took my hand and went towards our friends. We had a couple of drinks that we requested the bartender.

"How can he send mix signals? When he already has a girlfriend? I don't understand." I told Malaysia while drinking another glass of champagne.

"That's kind of odd because I felt like he was single. Huh?" She stated.

"Well the look of it on his face, when she kissed him, it told me he wasn't."

"Hm. Well, show him who's boss. He'll know not to mess with your feelings anymore."

"I actually like that idea. Plus why even worry about him. It’s his loss?" I said while walking to the dance floor.

After countless drinks to lighten my mood I was floating on air, later that night all I can remember is that someone asked me to dance and I said "yes."
