Laurens POV

I opened my door, but Alex was running / tripping towards the door as i opened it. Before he could stop, and I could move, he collided with me, both of us sprawling onto the floor. I was hyper-aware of Alex on me. I was trying to move my hands behind my back, who was wedged tightly, Alex was trying to get his hands on too, without any success. "Well, um, hi." he is fumbling with his words, being unintentionally adorable. "Hi." I said, trying to keep a straight face, and not to start giggling, but failed and after a few moments Alex joined in as well, giggling like schoolgirls at our awkward words. When our giggle-fest was over, we started trying to free ourselves again. After awhile in silence, I was starting to daydream a bit. Alex and I were both sitting on the couch next to each other, he leaned towards me - I was jolted out of my day somehow turned even redder. He noticed and smirked. " Alex was possibly not getting off my right away, making me blush, which was not visible through my tomato red face. What was it like ten minutes later, he was starting to shift some of his weight off me, then, I shoved him the rest of the way off me. I got up, brushing the dirt off the floor off my shirt, then I put my hand out, offering to help him up. He took my hand, but instead of me pulling him up, he pulled me down with him, down to the floor. "Do you give up yet?" he asked, looking up at me. "Nope!" I smirked, trying to get back up. He pulled me back down, an amused smirk on his face. "Let me-" I was starting to say when my phone dinged from the coffee table. I started towards it, but Alex was preventing me from getting it. "Let me text them back, or else they might think I'm dead and come and get me.

Large_Baguette: where are you?

And_Peggy: responddddd to ussssssss

HorseMan: ARE YOU DEAD

A_Lizard: do we need to come save you?

Angie: IF YOU ARE NOT REPLYING WE ARE GOING TO KICK DOWN YOUR DOOR

Large_Baguette: 3 ...

HorseMan: 2 ...

And_Peggy: 1 ...

TurtleBoi: OKAY OKAY I'M HERE! DO NOT KICK MY DOOR DOWN!

Large_Baguette: HI LAURENS, WHERE ARE YOU?!?!

TurtleBoi: My dorm, why?

HorseMan: Why did you ignore us?

TurtleBoi: HELP ME,MY ROOMMATE WONT ME DO STUFF XD

Large_Baguette: okay, be right there:>

TurtleBoi:  NO DO NOT COME, STAY WHERE YOU ARE

Large_Baguette :?

TurtleBoi: YES, COME, HE IS TRYING TO TEXT YOU FROM MY PHONE TO CONFUSE YOU, JUST GET OVER HERE

And_Peggy: okay, we'll be right there

TurtleBoi: Yay thanks! 

Alex looked at me "Who are Large_Baguette, And Peggy, Horse man and A Lizard?" "Oh they're my friends, Large Baguette is Lafayette, And Peggy is Peggy, HorseMan is Hercules and A Lizard is Eliza." I replied. "Do you want me to add you too?" He nodded. I grabbed my phone and turned it back on, quickly put in the password and opened the chat back up group.

TurtleBoi added Alex to the group chat.

Alex changed his nickname to A.Ham.

Large_Baguette: Who is A.Ham?

TurtleBoi: My dormate

Large_Baguette: ah

HorseMan: The one holding you captive?

A.Ham: Yes.

Large_Baguette: ew you use punctuation in text

A.Ham: Yes.

A lizard: Can you say anything besides yes

A.Ham: Certainly.

Large_Baguette: >_>

A.Ham: :).

Large_Baguette removed A.Ham from the group chat.

TurtleBoi added Alex to the group chat.

I put my phone down on the coffee table, then there was a knock at the door. "That'll be them!" I exclaimed, jumping up off the couch, walking to the door. I pulled it open, Lafayette immediately walked inside and plopped down on the couch, so Hercules, Angelica, Eliza, and Peggy followed.
