Distant Lovers

This idea came from SamVarty. There will two versions of the story. Hope you like it.

Sabine and Ezra have been together for almost 5 years now. Its been 3 years since the empire fell and Ezra has been away with luke trying to rebuild the Jedi order at the new temple. He hasent seen his wife in 2 years.

Ezra was in his room at the temple meditating when his holo started to ring, he got up and answered it and a hologram of Sabine appeared.

"Hey bean." he said with a sad tone. "Hey ez, how have you been?" she asked worried. "Its getting harder everyday,  i miss you." he said looking at a picture of his wife. "I know but we will see you soon." she said with a small smile. "What do you mean?" Ezra said getting excited. "I am going to come and stay with you for a bit for our anniversary." she said. "That great bean I can't wait to see you." he said with a big smile. "I will see you next week. I love you." she said. "I love you too bean. Ill see you soon."

One week later.

As Ezra waited in his room staring out the window for sabine. He was deep in though when a mandalorian ship landed on there pad. he bolted out of his room and ran for the landing pads. "Sabine!" he yelled as he saw her walking into to the temple. Before she could react he had her in his arms. "Woah ez." she said before he kissed her. "I missed you so much." he said. "I missed you too ez but lets go back to your room, we are drawing a crowd." she said referring to all the younglings staring at them. "Yeah that might be a good idea." he said starting to laugh. He put her down and held her hand as they walked to his room. When they entered Sabine was taken back by all her art work he had all over the wall. "Ezra where did you get all of these?" she asked. "Well every time you painted something I would take a picture of it and I printed all them out and put them up." he said with a small smile as he sat down on the bed. "I missed you so much ez, do you know when you will be able to come home?" she asked as she sat next to him. "I don't know Sabine, I can't take it her much more I need you so much that it hurts when your gone....I'm thinking about leaving the order." he said looking in to her eyes. "Ezra I don't want to be the reason your not a Jedi." she said taking his hands. "I don't care about all this Sabine I love you and I don't want to miss anymore of our lives that we won't get back while I'm in this temple." he said. "Okay ez I will support you no matter what.....i love you" she said kissing him.
