Who ever thought house/apartment hunting would have been so hard glad i found one have to get away from my fucked up parents.
I found this nice two bedroom huge apartment like huge and i need space. everything is perfect about it the downfall of it all is i have to live with the girl that owns it but i guess we can get to know each other jess is her name short for Jessica I think.
Ive already sent in my deposit and rent for 12 months so i wont have to pay for much for a while.
Wonder what this will be like considering I've never lived away from my parents.
I have time to think don't have to move in until next week hopefully this doesn't fucking suck.

One week later
My key came in the mail like two days ago so all the shit I have packed has to get moved to the car
"mom can you help me get this stuff into the car"
"Oh I'm helping can't believe my baby's leaving me"
"Mom not now"
"We moved all the things in the car now I have to go thanks and love you mom tell Dad I love him"
She just nods and goes back inside I take off finally free from my embarrassing family .
when i get to the apartment i unlock the door and go in.
"hello its me your new room mate probably should have said i was coming"
no answer guess shes not here i move my things in and try fix my room the way i want and find my way around i go back downstairs to the living room "hi"
a deep voice interrupts my thoughts i freeze
"Hey I'm Jada I'm looking g for jess are you her boyfriend"
He smiles at me
" uh jada right?" i turn around slowly " yeah so do you live here too"
"Yeah uh I do"
Jess pov
I wonder how long I can keep her thinking that jess is a girl
"Well uh Jada im gonna eat something you hungry" I ask her smirking
"Uh yeah what ya making"
"Grilled cheese"
"Yes sounds good "
She sounds so exited grilled cheese is my specialty
"I hope you like the place "
She smiles and looks around
" It's nice kinda manly but I love it I'm not too girly myself"
I chuckle looking up I see her eyebrow raise
" What funny"
She asks smiling I wanna tell but I wonder how long it will take her to ask about Jess the girl who ever that is
"So when does Jess come home"
Apparently not long at all
"Uhh I have something to tell you but first I need you to try my famous grilled cheese"
She smiles and nods I put a plate in front of her
"Thanks I need to tell you something also" I smirk
"What's that"
"I think my grilled cheese will be better than yours" I drop my jaw jokingly
" How dare you" I drop the sandwich on her plate and wait as she takes a bite
"Ewww this is disgusting" she say taking another bite
"You love it don't hate" she smiles
"Yeah it's great"
"So about jess" Im kind of hesitant because I really dont wanna scare her off its just so lonely here alone.
"Well"
"Well she is a he and the he is me" silence is all I hear
" I know"
Huh
"Wait how did you know" she smirks
"Because even though I'm not girly my place wouldn't look this much like a man cave " then she bursts out laughing I smile with relief

Jada's pov
"Well thanks for the grilled cheese I think I'll be going to bed now moving this stuff was a bit exhausting"
"I understand goodnight"
I slowly drag myself to bed and plop down still in my sweats and tank top didn't bother changing I let sleep take me away.
