The setting and characters belong to J.K Rowling, except for the main character (Miss Good Witch, Lucy) I'm not the best, but I hope you enjoy ;-)

"LUCY! THAT WAS AN EXTREMELY RARE POTION THAT WAS CONCOCTED OF INGREDIENTS THAT YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NEVER LAY EYES ON IN YOUR LIFE!" Blared Papa, raising his wand.

"Papa, If it really meant anything to you, you wouldn't leave it where it could simply get knocked over." I muttered. That was when Papa just lost it. His lips danced to a song he sung and I suddenly levitated in the air and fell, hanging upside down, my long, orange hair just brushing the stone floor.

Ron~ What was is that racket? I thought. It was coming from Snape's room. "Go on Hermione, I'll meet you in the common room", I said as she raised an eyebrow and kept on walking without me. I pressed my face gainst the cold, clouded glass of Professor Snape's window in his door. I realised how suspicious I looked and my stomach dropped. What if I get caught? I worried. I peered down the grand, frosted, hallway. I heard yelling coming from inside the room, but first, I needed to find Harry. Or more importantly, the invisibility cloak.

"Hey Ron", a familiar voice chirped behind  me. I spun around to see Harry- my best friend, right behind me.

"Hey Harry! Look, I really need to borrow your invisibility cloak, right now. Sorry, but it's urgent!" I rambled.  Harry, frowned at me, through his circular glasses, looking confused. "Look, can you go get it please?" I begged, getting impatient.

"Okay, Okay!" Whispered Harry. "I have it right here", he said revealing the satin and I gave a sigh of relief. "Why do you need it anyway?" He asked, hesitantly handing it to me.

"Oh, thanks Harry! You be on your way, I'll catch you later and explain everything", I said in a relieved voice, gesturing I wanted him to go on with his business. He walked off, turning back at me looking confused a few times.

Once no one was in the dusty, grand hallway in which I stood, I threw the invisibility cloak over me and pressed my face against the window once again. I could hear the muffled voice, of the angry Professor and, no, it couldn't be. A girl?  Students are forbidden from teachers quarters. A blood-curdling scream intruded my ears and echoed in my stomach. I had to act. I reached for the polished, wooden door knob. No one was directly on the other side of the door. I took a deep breath and gradually opened the door, just wide enough so I could squeeze through.

Snape's quarters were just as I'd imagined. I peered down the short, gloomy hallway, which was adorned with shelves of colourful potions and old books, which stood against stone walls. A chill ran up my spine.

That's when I heard "Stop! Please! I'm SORRY! OWW! I'LL NEVER DO IT AGAIN". It was a girl that was screaming. I tip- toed to the end of the hallway and poked my head around the corner. What I saw made my stomach drop.

"Oh, trust me, there won't be an 'again", sneered Snape. I peered further around the corner.

A girl probably a couple years older than me hung magically in the air, upside down. She had deep crimson eyes framed with thick eyelashes. Her long, golden- orange hair hung gracefully off her head and she wore a black & white sweater, with some short black shorts. She is quite pretty, if you asked me. But that thought was interrupted as Snape sent the girl flying across the room and forcefully smashing her into the brick wall. Her body fell gracefully to the floor and lay in a little pile. The Professor spun on his heel, perambulating  right past me- so close I felt the swift breeze as he passed. Thankfully for the invisibility cloak! Although as he headed out of his room, I heard him mutter about 'teaching her a lesson', before he slammed the door.

I shrugged off the invisibility cloak and rushed to the blackened-out girl's side. She lay unconscious and had a bleeding graze on her right temple. I tapped my lip thoughtfully, a strange girl in Professor Snape's room laying unconscious due to Snape slamming her against the wall...

(Lucy) Unconscious girl~ The curtains to my soul fluttered, letting the light flood in. My head throbbed. I groaned. I raised my right hand to my aching temple and winced. Blood trickled down my right index finger. Remembering the past events, I jumped to my feet. "Gaaaaaaa!" I squealed. There on the floor, next to my feet sat a younger, ginger - haired boy, who stared up at me gawking.

"Bloody hell! Are you alright?" The young boy asked in a British- Welsh accent.

I stood there gawking at the boy for a few moments before I collected my thoughts. "Um, I'm fine. Thanks. What are you doing in here?" I said.

"I could ask you the same thing," he said, folding his arms.

"I live here", I replied. "Now what are you doing in here again?"

He opened and closed his mouth like a goldfish- his eyes wide, before he managed, "YOU LIVE HERE?" He exclaimed. I raised my chin as if to say 'yes'. "Um, well I heard screaming coming from within here, so I thought I best check it out", he replied calmly. I noticed he wore a red and yellow tie and a long black cloak adorned with a badge that had a lion stamped in the middle.

"So you're a student here?" I asked.

"Of course! I wasn't aware non-students lived in Hogwarts. My name is Ron by the way. Ron Weasley." He spoke.

"Oh, pleased to make your acquaintance Ron!" I smiled and Ron smiled back. "My name is, oh um, call me Miss Good Witch. Em, I like in this room with my father, Severus Snape, whom at the time being, is mad at me for knocking over some special potion", I sighed, staring down at the night- sky coloured, patterned rug on the floor.

"Geez, that sounds like him", he scoffed. I noticed him examining the three bleeding cuts on my legs and probably the bruises too. I hid one leg behind the other. Ron gasped. "Did he do that to you!?" He asked in an alarmed tone, pointing  my legs.

"Well, yes, he did. But it's okay you know, I'm used to it- it doesn't hurt I'm fineIDeservedIt..." I rushed, but Ron cut in.

"No! Miss Good Witch, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT FINE", he said sternly. He grabbed me by the wrist and pulled me out of the room. I decided not to cause a scene and yell, so I let Ron take me. I could tell his heart was in the right place. He rushed me through the corridor and up some stairs. Students seemed to be in class. But just then, a blonde- haired boy with a pointed face, stepped in front of us. I instinctively hid behind Ron.

"Look who we have here", he spat. "Weasel and his big sister", he starting making cooing faces.

"Shut up Malfoy, I haven't got time for you", Ron said.

"And I'm not his big sister," I said as Ron made a run for it, and I was close to follow.

"Hey! Come back here!" Called the blonde boy. I turned back to face the blonde boy who was standing in the same spot, but Ron pulled me around the corner and shoved me through a door.

"Hey!" I quietly exclaimed.

I looked around. It was Dumbledore's headquarters...
