It's been about a week since I've seen Vlad but this is normal as he runs off a lot to go to other towns. So I think he may have but when on patrol last night I saw someone walk in his house. Which confuses me as he still hasn't been seen yet. I'm talking to Garroth about Kawaii~Chan's birthday part that she can't know of. Even though she is actually making her own cake without knowing.
