I'll Love You Forever

Chapter three

Jason's p.o.v.

At the fortress I got Ria to forgive me, and told her I only wanted to be friends. If only I could tell her how much I love her.

I won't let anyone hurt her again.

Maria's p.o.v.

Since it was Monday and I had school I was at my grandparents farm house getting ready. Grandma refuses to let me wear my normal clothes to school because they're 'inappropriate'. So I put on a knee length floral skirt and a light blue v-neck shirt with blue flats. I put my hair in a bun and did some makeup and blue eyeshadow to match my shirt.

My grandad drives me in the truck after eating grits and corned beef hash for breakfast.

Once I got inside Mia, a.k.a. the 'prettiest most amazing girl ever'(note the sarcasm), comes up to me with her wanna-bes Nia and Aria. As they passed they said,"Nice outfit uglria""loseria""lamria". They basically combine my name with insults.

I go to my first period, calculus, and see there's the more desks in place. Smallville is so small that if there's someone new everyone knows. Everyone settles in and Mrs. Smith says,"Okay class, we have a few new students with us today. Please welcome Jason, Kori, and Roy!"

Oh no

In walked Jason Todd and Kor'i with a big smile and Roy looking angry. Kori say by me after giving me a hug while Jason and Roy say in the back. On his way Jason had the gall to wink at me! If course I blushed to high heavens.

I didn't have a chance to talk to them till lunch when they sat by me

"Oh my gosh, I am so happy that I get to go to school and with you and have the fun with you!", said Kor'i

Then Jason asked a question I hoped he wouldn't."Why were you sitting alone?"

"Because the queen bees hate me and I ran off the football players. The guys usually sit with me unless their girlfriends want them."

They all looked surprised given the fact that I usually have friends and am friendly around them and the team.

We talked for the rest of lunch and finished the day. Then Grampa picked me along with the guys who help out on the farm up.

When I got home I changed into a black halter with jean shorts and my nose ring. As I rounded the corner into the kitchen Roy, Kori, and Jason were sitting on the bar stools. "Maria!", my grandma said,"come welcome out guest and show them their rooms then do your chores please."

I immediately asked what in the world was going on since we did not usually let people stay with us, and Jason of course answered," We're staying with you, duh Mars. Did you go all blonde while I was gone?"

"No, I was not aware that we were having you over for the rest of the school year," I said."Follow me guys."

I walked my friends upstairs and showed them that Roy and Kori's rooms were on either side of mine and Jason's was across the hall. I left then to get settled and to check on my brother. I opened his door and saw Damian with him."Do your homework boys and welcome Damian",I said while walking out Jon's room while they both groaned. I think Damian tried to throw a book at me while I closed the door and muttered something like,"You don't own me woman"

It took all my restraint not to open the door and yell at him for being disrespectful.

I went to the barn to feed the horses and ride mine.

My horse is a beautiful palomino warmblood with a red ribbon on his tail to warn people not to mess with him. Popcorn(the horse) was a gift for my birthday three years ago, right before Jason died. He only let me ride him, or even come near him. As I walked up with his food I started telling him about my day and that he was my favorite person at the moment. Once he got done eating I lead him into the barn and started to groom him. Popcorn then let me tack up without much trouble, and that's why I love him, he is always sensitive to me but can be stubborn if he wants. Those are the days I go bareback.

I hop on and start to warm up by trotting both ways in a circle then doing the same at the canter. After we're both warmed up I spur him to go into a canter and have him jump the fence into the woods where I just go free. We ride all the way to the river and stop to cool down. I listen to music and dance some before getting back on and trotting back to the house, going around the corn field. Once I get him washed off and put out, it's time for supper. That's when I notice not one but two limos coming down the driveway....

A/N I hope that you liked it, and I am sorry I have not updated recently. I've been busy with school, and have not felt the drive to write, so I'll work on that. Let's see who is in the limos........
