P r o l o g u e
Summer vacation.
That period of time most teenagers spends away from their study tables and closer to their beds. A great opportunity to hit the road without minding any homeworks or projects to be presented on the next day. A moment where nights turns to mornings, and dawns to dusks.
Although most people facilely made and considered this a prime of their life, Nikki Rose White wrestled with it as things were seen differently in her perspective. As others played video games, spins the bottle, and boozed the night up, she let herself drown in the pool of her tasks and duties while on her summer job simply to earn money for college. Not to mention, readjusting her timetable every now and then for movie marathons, dinner dates, long talks and whatnot with her boyfriend, Chase Grey.
As the struggle grew worse by time with Nikki setting the hour hand for everything, Chase on the contrary, just tried to get a kick as one of the carefree kids thereof. As not been told yet, both of them has been together for almost three years after they decided to take a step higher on their relationship.
However, next level relationship comes next level responsibilies that conceals arguments if handled wrong.
But how many more dawns they'd be together? Or will forever be over?
