Desmond's Pov.

Our balcony Inn with no warning shoots us into the air to leave us flying through the air aimlessly and I waste absolutely no time in thinking of a way to land us safely.

"CELESTIAL KEYS APPEAR!" A key chain with all of my Celestial Keys appear in my hands, hastily looking through the keys and taking off one of my Golden Keys.

"Open Gate of The Ram: Aries!" I use her Key to open her gate and she appears flying next to us. "Wool Cushion!" Aries shouts out her cushion spell so we could all land on very soft plush wool to not have such a hard landing. "I'm so sorry for not getting here on time! I'll get here faster next time!" Aries rambles on in a panic voice, feeling sorry for not helping sooner to which I stop her. "Aries, you came right on time. Thank you and you may go back." I reassure her to see her smile softly with a sigh of relief.

"Thank you, m- I mean Sir! Okay, goodbye!" Aries disappears quickly and I sigh. The girls, Jamie and I hop off Aries's wool cushions to see we were somewhere inside the city. Not quite sure in what part but it was pretty far away from Domus Flau. I gaze up at the sky to see some teams were still flying in the air with probably no way of landing safely, "I'm guessing the creator of this Preliminary Round is expecting everyone to catch themselves in the air?" Missy scratches her head as she sees some teams able to land safely while others were not so lucky.

"Well it's absolutely stupid! We were lucky that Desmond had Aries help us out!" Sissy seemed pretty angry at the sudden blast into the air and crosses her arms. "But Desmond, you have other magic that could have helped us get to the ground safely. Why did you use Aries?" Jamie turns to me, wiping away the wrinkles on his cloak as I turn myself to him. "I was in shock with how we were just blasted into the air and Aries came to mind. Now, if this is a race we better get a move on. We don't know if there's already Guilds at the Coliseum, let's go." I command immediately, all of us get a move on and go through the door closest to us, expecting to see a room to help us was instead the same exact place we were just in.

"What?!" My voice shouts loudly in confusion, surely I wasn't expecting this to lead to the same place. I close the door and look back at them. "This is gonna be harder than I thought." I gaze around the city to see that there was no more Guilds falling from the sky anymore. Even though there is exactly 113 Guilds participating it was completely dead silent.

"Jamie, listen for any voices. I'll call out a spirit that will help us." Jamie nods, closing his eyes to focus on listening to any voice or person. I grab my Keys and take off a Sliver Key, "Open Gate of The Compass: Pyxis!" His gate opens and out came a little red duck with a large compass on his head. "I can hear multiple voices, which ones do you want me to specifically listen to?" Jamie opens one eye to ask, making me think and come to a good conclusion.

"Sabertooth. If they've won every year then they will lead us to Domus Flau, I have a feeling they'll be of use." I instruct Jamie, which he nods and closes his eye and adjust his hearing aid. "Hm, they seem to be coming from the West." Jamie informs me and continues to listen for them, "Okay Pyxis, could you show us which way is West?" I kindly asked Pyxis and he chirps out his name, closing his eyes and focusing his compass to where West is, then once he found it he points to where West is.

"Thank you, Pyxis." I pat Pyxis's shoulder so he could go back to the Celestial World and look towards Jamie. Since this is a maze and obviously this is not suppose to be easy for us, I have a feeling that things will start to change within the city so asking Pyxis is a good idea.

All of us nod together and run towards where West is,, turning a corner to hear voices coming from inside a building. "Maybe this could be useful." I shrug my shoulders and open the building door, only when I open the door we come face to face with Twilight Orge and Fairy Tail battling it out. Both Guilds heard us come through the door and stop mid-fight to stare us down, glaring at us like they were about to throw daggers at us.
