CHAPTER SEVENTEEN:
FIREFLIES AND BYAKUGANS
~ 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘨𝘦'𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 ~
Third person POV ————————————————————————— The third Hokage and Kurenai are sitting at his desk talking over some tea
"So Kurenai I called you in to see how your team is doing, I know it was a lot to put on you considering you just recently became a jounin" Hiruzen says to her
"I appreciate your concern lord Hokage but really I'm doing fine, and my team is doing splendid" I She responds with a smile
"That's wonderful Kurenai, I've been chatting with the rest of the jounin leaders and everyone seems to be doing fine" he tells her
"That's good to hear lord third" she says
"So the Chunin exams are approaching soon, do you have any plans for your students to enter?" He asks
"My students are very talented but I want to see how things play out before making and rash decisions" she responds as she take a sip from her tea
Just then Nadia bursts through the door out of breath
She locks the door as leans her back against it still out of breathe
"Hiruzen sensei I'm glad I caught you first!" She huffs
"Look right now someone is going to come through the door saying I did some despicable things but they are lies! Don't believe them" She says still out of breathe putting her weight against the door
*knock knock knock*
Rapid knocking started on the hokages door and Nadia puts even more weight on it
"Lord Hokage we need you NOW" said a voice from outside the door
"They are liars Hiruzen Sensei! Don't believe a single word out of their toxic mouths! I think they escaped the mental hospital or something" She yells pushing against the door
"Please open the door please Lord Hokage! It's urgent!" Said the voice from outside as they began pounding on the door
"Nadia back away from the door!" Hiruzen said standing up from his seat
"ma'am please talk some sense into him!" Nadia pleadingly says directing it at Kurenai
