I lay back on my bed. Maybe it is better this way. They have always been the most good looking people I know. They belong that way. I sit up and scratch the top of my hand. It's a nervous tick. I stand up and start packing my things. I'm leaving. They can be here and watch the house until my mother comes back. Right now I don't believe that I even belong here. I really don't.

I finish packing my things and head out of the room. I walk into the livingroom and Diana and Namjoon stop talking to look at me. "Alex, where are you going?" Namjoon asked, noticing my suitcase. I drop my suitcase and walk over to Diana. I give her a hug. "Thanks for being an amazing friend. You know me too well. You know how to talk to me to make me realize what I must do. I will forever be thankful." I smile at her one last time and walk out of the door.

I continue down the street towards the park. Wow that park has so many memories. That's where I met Diana. We were playing on the playground when we were seven and I bumped my head on the slide. She came to help me and after that, well, we were pretty much inseparable. Until today. I took my earbuds out and plugged it into my phone. I started my songtrack that I put together. I immediately stop the music. It was me and Diana's favorite song. Right now, I don't even want think of her right now..

I noticed that I was a long way from the park and I was by the city peer. I sit and the edge of the peer and swing my legs over. I almost fall in. I laugh to myself. Diana would have fallen in. She doesn't nearly have as much balance as I do. Ugh I really need to stop thinking of her right now. But how can I when everything I do reminds me of her. I don't know... Maybe we were never meant to be friends. But I can't live without her. She makes me the happiest person alive! I-I don't know why I feel like this, but it's how I've always felt. Maybe I didn't want to be friends. Maybe I wanted to be...
