“Now. Can you speak English?” The Brit said. “You might be fluent but that doesn’t mean that you can pronounce the words correctly.”
Now that I think about it, no, no I really don’t know how to pronounce English words correctly.
“I-I nit very… good.” I said after finding the words I wanted. My English was somewhat weird sounding and my German accent was thick making it even harder to understand me.
“No that was great!” He said. “Much better than when the frog was learning. Germania I’ll take her from here.” He smiled at me. “I’ll also help with her English.”
“Thank you son.” Germania said handing England a piece of paper before he turned to the crowd of students. “Alright all of you! Inside back to class!”
“Danke.” I said turning to England.
He frowned. “No, no. In English. As of right now every word you speak must be in English.” He said sternly.
“T... th... thank… you, Mr. England.” I said slowly.
“Good. That was good.” England smiled. “Let’s go. It looks like you’re in the West Wing Dorms. Now in this school the dorms are shared by both genders, you’ll understand when we get there.”
“W-who do you share with?” I looked at him.
“The Frog, Francis, more commonly known as France, the idiotic American, known as Alfred, and a sweet girl named Bella, Francis’s little sister.” He replied. “I dorm in the South Wing.”
We walked into the school which was even more beautiful on the inside than it was on the outside. Old pictures hung from the walls, and beautiful red and gold curtains framed the windows.
“I don’t know how much you remember München, but you helped design this school.” He said.
I WHAT!!! “WHAT!!!” I yelled turning to look at him catching the attention of straggling students.
“Yes, yes. I will explain later. We need to get you to your dorm right now.” He said traveling away from the conversation. “This way.”
