"MY MOM STARTED NOTICING HOW MUCH I WAS OUT NOW, she asked me when her, my dad, and I were eating dinner. As if it wasn't awkward already, she brought that up. She started with asking why I was always out so much lately. I just shrugged like always, I didn't think they deserved to know considering they were gone 24/7.
"Do you have a boyfriend ?" She asked causing my dad to literally choke on his food.
Another awkward silence fell once again, until my dad finally decided to speak up.
"Do you, Sasha ?"
I just shrugged like always, taking another bite of the steak my mom had made. She never even cooks so I knew something was up when I saw her in the kitchen just about an hour ago.
"You can't just keep pushing us away, Sasha, we are your parents and we know you more than anyone. We only want to help."
"Right. Anyways, I'm not that hungry and I need to get going."
"Sasha, you're not leaving until you tell us."
"Says who ?"
"Your parents. We are no longer going to tolerate this behavior. We do everything to give you a home and food and everything you need. There is no reason for you to hate us as much as you do, we haven't done anything wrong."
"Since when do I have parents ? Honestly doesn't seem like it considering you guys are barely even around and I'm sorry I'm like this but I can't bring myself to trust you and I don't know, I just-I don't wanna be here, sorry."
With that, I ran out the house, the sound of my parents screaming out my name becoming quieter and quieter by each second. I didn't know where I was running but,
the only thing on my mind was Finn."
