It's nearly nighttime back at the Department of Wishes in the Celestial World and Kitari and Leon are the only ones in the parlor. Leon runs a hand through his hair sighing deeply, not being able to keep up with Kitari's work speed.

Leon: "Hah..."

Kitari: "Hm? You okay over there?"

She sets down a handful of papers she was looking over, glancing warily at Leon. She wonders if he was just being bored over paperwork again and was about to complain. Leon leans back into the couch, crossing his legs, bearing a coy, but tired smirk on his face, which makes Kitari rolls her eyes.

Leon: "Oh-ho? Is the Queen being worried over someone like me?"

Kitari: "Geez, Leon, I'm worried about all of you. You're getting tired and I mean, literally tired."

Leon: "Hmph, probably because you're always shoving this work on me."

Kitari: "It's not like it's extra work. You need to get this done and you know it."

Leon: "Hah...I know."

The Wishes Queen raises a teal brow at her subordinate. He's never one to be submissive, especially in front of her. Plus she noticed that he sighed heavily again.

Kitari: "Dang, no snag comment. Fine, I'll take care of it, you hit the hay."

Leon: "I think not, you're already swamped as you are."

Kitari: "Oh-ho, is the arrogant butthole worried over someone like me?"

Leon: "I'm serious, you're still a weak human, you need more sleep and other essentials."

Kitari: "...can you do me a favor and quit talking like Zyglavis and Oangia?"

Leon: "Don't tell them I said this, but they have a point."

Kitari: "Whatever, you need to sleep, too. Don't deny it."

Leon: "Unlike you, I can survive without sleep."

Kitari: "Leon. This is an order from your Department Queen."

Leon: "..."

That shut him up. Scorpio can make fun of this all he wants about him, but Leon never liked going against Kitari's orders. He doesn't give a care for Zyglavis or Scorpio. Officials and other high ranking he doesn't bother. Not even the Star King, but annoyingly has a tendency to fall for most of his games. But Kitari? No, Kitari was an entirely different ball park altogether.

Leon: "Fine, work your way to death, see if I care."

Kitari: "I didn't say anything about working to death. It's not like working has killed me. Why the heck you so worried..."

Leon: "Humans and their silly fantasies."

Kitari: "Fantasies? Of you worrying about ME? Nah, I don't think so. Get your butt to bed before I make you.

Leon: "Make me? What are you going to do?"

Kitari: "Oh, great. I'll freaking get Oangia to haul you."

Leon: "Fine, fine, I'm going."

Chuckling to himself, Kitari flips her hand in the air exasperated, dismissing him. Feeling better after teasing his boss, he heads into his room and flops onto his bed. Now he was alone. He did feel incredibly tired and at peace. There wasn't a lot of moments where his guard fell like a rock. Now that he stopped and thought about it, wasn't his guard down with Kitari? He didn't dwell on that, he refused to. His head swam with thoughts, mostly about his life ever since Sailor and Kitari infested it. Then something came to mind...
