Stories that do not have to do with the context of Dragon Ball will not be allowed.
It will not be allowed very forced transformations, for example "Goku fighting against Cell, activates the ultra instinct." Goku or anyone else will need a specific reason, training or event.
Explicit relationships or use of drugs, lawful drugs, smoking, are extremely prohibited, and so will be completely ignored.
New characters will only be allowed in compelling events.
New Transformations will also be allowed in convincing events.
