You have kids in this one. I know I cringed while writing it. Whatever.

You awoke to the pounding of rain outside your window. You turn to see Andy, sleeping soundly. Lucky. You thought. You shake him till he wakes up. "Hmm? *your daughter's name* it's okay the lightening won't hurt you, go back to bed," Andy doesn't bother to open his eyes.

"It's me doofus," you whisper, continuing to shake him. This made him open his eyes. He sat up and looked at you. "What's wro-" he was cut off by your six-year-old son's voice.

"Mom?" He said. "Oh, yes sweetie?" You say shaking off the thought of sleep. He doesn't answer, instead jumping in your bed, in between you and Andy. You look at Andy, and decide to go back to bed, play with *your son's name* soft hair. Your daughter soon joins the three of you. It's a quiet and peaceful morning, even though it's still raining.

That's when you remember, it's my birthday. You get up happily. And see Andy in the kitchen stirring something with the kids. He offers both of them a spoon of cupcake batter and then licks the bowl down himself after putting the last batch in the oven.

"I didn't know I had three children," you laugh.

"Mom! Quick y/d/n hide the cupcake," y/s/n whispers the last part.

"Happy birthday," Andy says hugging you. You tug on your wedding band and smile.

The oven dings loudly, and you get up from the movie you had put on.

"Allow me, y/n, the man," Andy says beating on his chest. "Hey kids, who wants to go outside?" You say.

"But it's raining!" Y/s/n pouts. "Exactly!" Your eyes sparkle and help both of your children pull on their raincoats, and then your own. Andy sets the cupcakes down and puts on his.

"Put on a shirt first Andy!" You say, you don't want anybody catching a cold, you send him upstairs. All four of you then go outside and splash around in puddles.
Best, birthday, ever.

That was cheesy as fuck but today is exactly two weeks before I turn sixteen and I had no ideas so bloop.
