Have you ever felt this before? This strange feeling when you saw her and you suddenly made these weird shapes on your plate? Or how about when she looks at your direction, you hide because you thought that she's looking at you. Or maybe the time when she passes by your direction, you suddenly froze like a statue and just look at her.

Me? I felt that. It was all because of this strange girl. She changed me and well, here I am talking nonsense. Good? A little. Weird? Probably. We all went through the same stories in life.

And well, this is mine.

                       OoOoOoOoOoOoOo

6th Grade

I have never felt like this. This is new to me. Being the youngest makes me feel less and everything in this world makes me feel weird and a little scared.  The way people treat me at school, it's all the same. There’s nothing new to this pale and boring life.

I'm 12. I don't know what to do in this life. I saw people holding hands in the hallways and others laughing with their peers. Don't judge me that easy, I've got friends too. But I can’t help but think that this life is like a never-ending cycle.

First you wake up in the morning and then, you eat breakfast. Go to school. Study....Study... Study...Then back home. Do homework. Eat dinner and then, go back to sleep and so on and so forth.

For instance, I'm like a living robot.

So I took a break from doing these same things and take a walk at the park. It was relaxing, but it was full of noisy kids playing. As I walk along the line of trees, something came down right in front of me.

"Woah!" I exclaimed, staggering back a bit.

There I saw a girl along my age. She has this brown hair and sea-green eyes and in her right hand is a camera. I looked up and was amazed at how far she came down.

"D-Did you just came down from there all the way down here?" I asked in disbelief.

"Uh-huh." She smiled.

"A-Are you hurt or--" I suddenly asked in a panicky way. I mean, she just fell on a tree that high!

"Shh..." She said, covering my mouth. "You'll scare him away."

I flashed her an odd look. "What are you talking about?"

She ignored me and crept towards the spot where a red bird was standing. She took some shots, one or maybe two. When it was finished, the girl was smiling as she looked at the little bird as it flew away.

"House Finch." She broke the silence by giggling. "A very cute species of birds. I quite adore them."

She looked at me with and smiled apologetically. "Sorry about that. I was just sitting up in that tree when I saw that House Finch. So I kind of jumped down. I figured, I want to take a picture of it."

She held out the camera and let me take a look on the photo. It was beautiful. I must say, she’s pretty good at this stuff. It was absolutely perfect. But when I accidentally glanced at her face, I felt like the world around me just stopped.

"Wow."

She giggled and let the camera dangle around her neck. "Thanks for the time. See you around!" And with that, she ran away.

I was dumbfounded. I am speechless. I am shaking, not because of fear, but because I'm happy. I felt the heat rise up to my cheeks. My heart was pounding a lot that I couldn't even count it anymore.

This feeling was new…very new.
