As Taehyung headed out of her last class, she caught up with Cleo.
"Cleo! what's wrong with you! Stop being rude to Jimin! He's just my friend!"
Cleo snorted. "Friends? You're practically in love with him!"
Taehyung sighed, as they walked to the parking lot."Please, Cleo!"
Cleo stood there for a few seconds and her face softened. "Fine. I'll stop being rude. But I'm still sitting at Hae Yung's table until I feel comfortable with Jimin."
She got into her car and drove off to her job, Chicken Noodles Cafe. It started to rain. Taehyung cursed. She had no jacket or car. Jimin was walking to his car and saw Taehyung getting wet. He ran up to her.
"Tae-g, have my jacket. You will get a cold if you get wet with this rain."
"But what about you?"
"I'll be fine. I don't get sick easily."
Taehyung shook her head. "Thanks, Jimin."
Jimin smiled. "You know what? You can call me mochi."
Taehyung laughed. "Mochi? That's cute."
He walked to his car and offered Taehyung to drive her to work because Cleo usually drove her and Cleo had already left. She got in.
"Thanks, Mochi. You are such a nice person."
When they got to Blood Sausage Soup Company, Jimin looked over at Taehyung.
"Do you want me to pick you up after work?"
Taehyung shook her head.
"Im pretty sure Cleo will give me a ride."
Taehyung didn't want Jimin to see her house all dirty, so she had to get there before him. As Taehyung entered the kitchen of the restaurant, she ran into Hoseok, the restaurant's boss.
"Oh! I am so sorry Hoseok!"
Hoseok just smiled, and it felt as if the whole restaurant lit up with that beautiful, white smile.
"Don't worry Cook Tae-g, I'm fine. But please hurry and get cooking. We have a lot of customers."
Taehyung nodded and hurried to her cooking station. She looked at the ordered menu. She quickly started to get the pan she used to cook the famous spicy rice she made. She poured oil into the hot pot.
"Hey, Tae-g be careful with that oil."
The cook beside her scared her and Taehyung knocked all the burning oil on her hand.
"Oh shitttttttttttt. OW." Taehyung screamed.
"I'm sorry I should have never distracted you."
The cook beside her ran off to get Hoseok. Taehyung started to cry. Her hand hurt so much. Hoseok came right around the corner, hugged her and walked her to the employee's room.
"Don't cry, Tae-g. I'll put honey on your hand and bandage it."
He was being so nice she started to cry harder. Hoseok didn't know what to do. So he went got honey from the storage room and bandaged her hand as fast as he could without hurting her.
"Don't go back to work. It's my fault."
"No Hoseok! It's not your fault."
Hoseok just smiled. "You can go home now."
Taehyung slowly walked out of the employee's room. At the door, she turned around. "Thank you, Hoseok."
With that, she ran off.
