Chapter 1. My new beginning

EREN'S POV.

It's been a week since I left my old school...today i'm going to start a new chapter of my life in this new place which is going to be a school specialized in foreign languages, my sister Mikasa told me that I will be feeling way better than in that hell I have been through last year, after all we are going to be in the same class.
That's what I'm glad for, I won't be left alone again.
Right now i'm still in my bed covered by the sheets, even thought I really like the idea of this new beginning, on the other hand I really wish to stay home for an other couple of days...I don't feel like my psychology will remain firm today, not only because i'm starting to feel nervous and shit, but because my new classmates know from which school i'm coming from.
Yep. I'm from a school that is specialized in art, or an artistic school.. call it whatever you want. The point is, schools like this don't have very good reputations towards other schools, every other student that isn't from that kind of school thinks that we are all mad people that always curse fight or smoke, cry or get emotional, they think we are going to go to mental house after finishing the years of the artistic school.

Well too bad they are wrong, i don't even get from where they got these rumors from... I see myself like a pretty much normal kid..or at least I hope.

Yeah, I really hope so. I wouldn't stand the idea of getting judged immediately on how I would approach people when I first meet them.

Mikasa:  Ereeen! Come on get out of your bed, it's already 7:10am you have to get ready!

This is Mikasa, my sister. Well adopted sister.
She's an Alpha, and i'm actually shorter than she is. This makes me feel insignificant because males are used to be taller than females.

Eren:  Ugh shit lord..I'M COMING!!! -

Hey just because I mentioned that what I said earlier may be only rumors..some are actually TRUE. But not all.

I get out of my bed and leave it like it is, messy.
Now that I think of this I still haven't prepared my school bag...I hate myself already because of this.
Oh well means that I will do it once I' ready to head out to school.

Mikasa:  Eren we're going to be late! Hurry up please!

Eren:  I KNOW GEE! I TOLD YOU THAT I'M COMING!

Mikasa:  THEN DO WHAT YOU JUST SAID! BREAKFAST IS READY!

Just at the sound of that I rushed out of my room and ran downstairs to the kitchen where I can smell some...toast.

Mikasa:  Are you excited about today Eren?

She asked me with a lovely smile on her face, i'm happy to have her left...at least her.
I nod as a response to her question, but right after I stare at the photo of mama placed on the kitchen's window sill.
I sigh.

Mikasa:  Eren.. I know you miss mom, but you promised her to stay strong and I will always be by your side, always.

She said placing her hand on mine rubbing my fingers with her's, I smile to her with a saddened look.

Eren:  Hey Mikasa..it's going to be my first day in my-I mean our now, school. I don't want it to be a sad start. Okay?

I try to smile but fail, I wish mom would be here to hug me.

Mikasa:  Well then, eat your toast Eren, and start getting ready. I will go and prepare our bags instead, we have the same lessons anyway because we're in the same class. -

Eren:   Hehe, I know. Thank you Mikasa.

She closes her eyes smiling at me, my sister's smile always cheers me up, it's one of the smiles that I can assure that are true and not faked or forced.

I finish eating my toast and head upstairs to the bathroom to get ready.
Once I get inside I see that Mikasa has brought me some clothes and placed them on the bathroom's chair.

Oh what would I do without her and her kindness...

I finished dressing and washing, I'm wearing:
Black skinny jeans
Black Vans
A bordeaux shirt
A black hoody and last but not least the necklace that father gave me before passing out with mama.. even if I didn't have a nice relationship with my dad, I still did love him.

I never liked to have my hair to have a normal look so I mess them up by ruffing them a bit.

There, now I'm ready.

Eren:  Mikasa! I'm ready!

I say as I close the bathroom's door and go downstairs to meet my sister, she's holding our school bags.

Mikasa:  About time Eren, come on. OH I ALMOST FORGOT, DID YOU TAKE YOUR
SUPPRESSANTS?!

Eren: Mikasa I'm still far from my heat so there's no need for me to take them, besides that my new classmates and schoolmates should know that i'm an omega..it would be awkward for me if they found it out after a month or maybe two.

Mikasa: *sigh* Alright then, but please stay close enough to me so that I can have an eye on you.

Eren:  Don't worry I will.

Mikasa: Good, now let's go. I'm sure everyone is impatient to meet you.

I'm wondering if i will be able to make friends quickly.
Actually no, i'd rather be alone because I would be certainly asked to go out.
I love staying home without going anywhere.

Me and Mikasa walk to the bus stop until she waved and called out for her friend, she looks s-NO WAIT THAT'S A HE. OH MY GOSH.

Mikasa:  Hey Armin over here!!

This blonde guy called Armin looked like a woman to me, what the hell is wrong with my eyes.

Armin: Hi Mikasa, how are you? Oh this must be your brother am I right? Nice to meet you! I'm Armin Arlert. We're going to be classmates.

Mikasa:  I'm very good Armin, thanks for asking.

Eren:  Yes I'm her brother, names Eren Jaeger, and please don't complain about my height...

Armin:  Oh don't worry I won't!

This Armin guy looks so kind, no wonder why Mikasa wanted time so badly to start school today.
I see him lower himself just to meet my gaze, what does he want n-HE'S SNIFFING ME?!

Armin:  Wow Eren you're really an omega! That's a good thing, our school has only one Omega so far which is going to be with us in class as well!

He said showing a warm smile at me, my eyes start to shine and sparkle at what he said.

I won't be the only omega? That's great!.

I sniff him too and realize he is a beta, well at least I'm not going to be surrounded by Alphas, am I right?.

The three of us looks at the bus arriving so we prepare to get on it.

New school here I come.
