Chapter. 12

EREN'S POV.

Me and Levi were walking hand in hand, I felt sort of guilty for the scene I made back in the market, he wanted to buy some things and a few snacks, and then there was me... who obviously let my stubbornness win. I look up at Levi and smile at him, i feel happy that I have someone who didn't run away from me.
He looked down at me and smiled slightly back, ruffling my hair "You brat, stop smiling so cutely" he said with a sigh "You're gonna be the death of me"
I chuckles lowly at Levi's comment and squish his hand tighter "What If i pout instead?" I say with a cute childish voice making my cheeks go puffy, I admit it...I enjoy teasing him "Ahhh stop that..." he smiled softly as he looked away "Too cute for my dark soul" this made me giggle and laugh a bit "You're a kind soul, you haven't ran away from me." I said looking back at the landscape of the road. He looked at me again and sighed "My soul is anything but kind..." he said "And I'm not a pussy that runs away when they see a feisty brat, y'know" this made me wanna squeal in happiness " So you say that you would fight me if you had to?~" I said it with a teasing tone "Oh yes I would" he nodded and pinched my cheeks playfully "Aye, we're finally home" , Oh my gosh finally "Yay!" I then followed Levi in the house like a little puppy. "If I would go into heat again, do you have any suppressants that I could carry with me?" I asked with eyes full of hope Levi would have some.
"Mhhh yeah I should have some, somewhere" he said "Don't you worry brat, you're safe with me" I smile lightly at Levi and then nod "Okay I trust you" I then began to take off my shoes, after I took them off i went to Levi and hugged him from behind and nuzzled my face in his back smelling his scent happily. Levi sighed softly "Oi brat, let me take my shoes off, go in the kitchen so we can eat something mh?" I nod my head and quickly left Levi in the aisle. As I began to walk to the kitchen, i stumble on the carpet and bump hitting my shoulder and arm harshly into a bedside table that had a jar on it, once i fell on the floor, the jar fell on the floor as well making a piece of it fall and breaking. After that i realized what happened, I felt my skin fade almost immediately making my eyes go wide. Levi rushed quickly to the room where I was, he has a worried look on his face... "Oi brat you oke-" he stopped as he saw the jar that I guess was dear to him, on the floor. He then looked at me , his expression quickly changed, rage was visible on his face "What...the fuck...did you do?.." he growled. I'm getting scared now, a lot. I began to tremble uncontrollably "L-Levi i-iiit was an accident..! I'm so s-sorry for this!" I whispered yelled this, i began to drag myself further away from Levi. I could feel his rage in the air i'm currently breathing. "You little bastard..." he growled loudly and clenched his fists "YOU BROKE IT!!" He yelled more than angry, stepping closer to me.. i curled up quickly into a tight and trembling ball pulling my knees up to my chest, I felt my eyes get puffy and filled with tears, "I-I DIDN'T MEAN TO!" i said in a shaky yet scared voice, i push myself up to the wall for support, i got scared of Levi so much that if he would step even closer, I'm sure that i might loose my natural skin color. I felt him quickly grab me by the collar of my shirt and yank me up, then pinned me to the wall with a loud thud. He looked at me right in the eyes, Levi had now a mad looking gaze. "You fucking broke it you litte bastard" he growled "I should make you pay for that!!" I felt like suffocating by each breath i took in my lungs, i shut my eyes and cover my head with my hands trembling even more, i actually began to sweat cold. My body started to have spans of fear, i never felt such fear in years time. He slowly leaned closer to my ear "After all...it's like eye for an eye right?" He whispered with venom in his voice, then raised his fist, ready to hit me. I snapped out of my shock and when Levi didn't expect it, i took my chance and got free from his grip and ran as far as i could from Levi. I ran upstairs but the lights were off and i didn't know where the light switch was. This whole situation made me feel like a little deer in a big wolf's territory. I heard Levi growl loudly, he ran after me and grabbed one of my legs before I could reach to any room to hide in , he made me fall harshly hitting the floor and dragged me towards himself "Where do you think you're going huh?!" I began to sob quite of loudly , i realized i was now in Levi's firm grip so this meant l had no way of escape now, i hide my face in my hands trying to avoid Levi's death glare on my body that now became more fragile than glass. I began to tremble even more...I'm so scared.."please stop..." i whispered so lowly that it would have been a miracle if someone heard me. Levi grabbed me by my hair tightly and growled more "You disgust me! Look how pathetic you are right now!" he hissed "And don't whisper! Say it aloud!!" My eyes have set free salty tears of fear and pain, my shoulder already has scratched skin because of the bedside table's well cut edges, and now I feel like my head's skin is about to abandon me with the hair "P-PLEASE S-STO-O-OOP!" It was quite understandable but i yelled this time, my skin couldn't handle the pain anymore... i abandoned myself to the horrible faith that would face me in a few seconds.
