I am a vampire. I lust for blood and hide from light. I lay awake dreaming if maroon blood flowing through your veins. Of grasping your neck with my cold pale hands and bringing it to my mouth. My lips find your neck as you struggle pointlessly against my iron grip that holds you captive.it is fun to hear you scream as I trace your neck with my tongue. The salty taste of fear filled sweat seeping from your pores. I rest my teeth on your flesh, not puncturing, but testing as you scream for mercy one last time. And as my teeth sink in my mouth is filled with the metallic taste of your blood. It fills me with new life and new excitement as I continue to guzzle. But I do not let you bleed dry, I let you go and you drop to the stone floor as I walk out of the cell, locking the door behind me. I go to the adjacent room where my next victim lies. And I will return the next day, thirsty for you once again.
