Two Reckless Hearts

Chapter 21
(The hospital )
Rachel's pov:
I woke up the next day in the hospital. I looked over to see Finn sleeping beside me . I reached over and touched his hand .

"Finn." I whispered .

He opened his eyes and smiled at me ,

"Hey you." He said .

"How long have you been here ?" I asked him.

"All night , I didn't wanna leave you alone." He said .

"You didn't have to do that." I said .

"I wanted to." He said and took my hand .

"How's Sam?" I asked him.

"He's okay , no injuries. What about you how are you feeling ?" He asked me .

"Like I almost died drowning in a car." I said sarcastically and laughed . "Sorry ." I said .

"It's okay , as long as you're okay that's all that matters ." He said .

"Listen I know I said last night but I ..."

"Stop." He said , "Before you say another word I need you to hear me out . I love you Rachel , I love you more then you know and I know I fucked up so many times and I don't deserve you but I love you and I know you love me too because you said so . So please don't go to New York . Stay  with me , stay with me and we can go wherever you want . We can get married , have kids , live happily ever after . Whatever it is just please don't leave me again because despite everything you are the one thing that keeps me from losing myself again . You bought me back to life so please be mine again."

I looked at him and said ,

"I'm sorry I can't . Finn were not good for each other and I love you with all my heart but at the end of the day we're just two reckless hearts destroying everything in our path including each other ."

He looked at me hurt ,

"I know you don't believe that..."

"Please go." I said demandingly .

He looked at me broken hearted and left . I sat there for a moment in shock . What have I done? I started cry and I could feel my heart breaking .
